The specialist had a two-hour window to come to my house (8-10), but he came at 9:58. I received a courtesy call at 9:30 informing me that the specialist would be arriving in 45 minutes - 1 hour. The specialist was very nice, but quoted me $5,000 to disassemble and then assemble an existing HVAC unit. Later, I received a $1,000 quote from another company to do the same job.

John has taken the time to work through the issue with me in detail which in turn helps me better communicate with the condo association. Replaced 2 dimmer switches. One was broken. 2nd for upgraded equipment. Very friendly and explained task completely. Gives estimate of repair costs before tasks are performed.
