A Action was the installer of our Carrier heating and air Conditioning system in 1998. The A/C stopped running June 19, 2020. A Action sent a service technician several hours after my call for repair. The experienced and knowledgeable technician solved the problem quickly, and the A/C is cooling perfectly. Turns out, the technician was part of the crew that installed my system in 1998. Totally satisfied!

I cannot say enough positive things about A Action! They are honest and dependable and the type of family business that used to be much more common. I obtained 4 price quotes for a 2-1/2 ton HVAC and heat pump complete system and A Action was by far the lowest. Their price was so low I was worried there would be problems. They installed the system and were AMAZING! Kenneth and Everrett were experienced, courteous and very thorough. We could not be more pleased. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They exceeded our high expectations in every way possible. I feel very fortunate to have found someone that does exactly what they say they will do - with no surprises and no disappointment!

Had to replace an exterior faucet. In and out in less than hour. New faucet works perfectly. What more could I ask?

Home inspection prior to sale indicated neutral and ground problems with outside receptacles. A Action discussed problem on the phone and indicated likely problem. Technician arrived the next day and diagnosed the problem and performed the needed repairs in a very thorough and professional manner. Very satisfied with the fast response and excellent service. Costs were reasonable and provided before beginning work.
