Quick and honest service. Very professional and I’d highly recommend.

Ray did a gas leak inspection on my guest service to my house to determine whether there were any leaks after the gas meter. He did a very thorough job and explain how there could be a release by the gas regulator that may be causing an odor around the meter. He suggested I contact Washington gas since there are no leaks from the service to the house. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and allayed our fears about a possible leak.

Dana has always made himself available whenever I have called. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and an all around nice guy. I recommend him highly.

He came diagnosed that the leak required a new faucet, went and got the faucet and was back within the hour and quickly installed. A very pleasant and friendly guy.

There was both text and email notification when the technician, Dana, was enroute. He arrived in the middle of the 4 hour window provided. He was friendly, thorough, and described what he saw and any recommendations he had.
