Great experience from the very beginning. The salesman was helpful with showing us available products and scheduling a survey. Aaron came out and helped us select the best options for our situation. Not to mention, Aaron stayed with the account to make sure we got what we wanted and when. Yesterday and today, we had two crews over here to efficiently install our new gas stove in our home and a new wood burner in the shop. All were courteous and treated our home with the utmost respect. Tyler as the lead and kept things moving. An effective leader. Caleb, Zac, and Sabina were efficiently focused on getting their tasks done safely and with quality workmanship. Tyler did a great job answering our questions and filling us in on the warranty and use and care of our new stoves. I hope Tyler is the one to install our upgrade in the future. Great workers, great firm, awesome service.

We are so happy with the work of Comfort Solutions, from beginning to end. Joe who came to give us fireplace options and bids was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that what they would do would work for us long term. Tyler and Zack did the firebox install and were very friendly and professional. They finished ahead of schedule and kept our house clean by laying tarps, wearing boot covers, and vacuuming afterward. When our surround was installed Tyler did an impeccable job! The stone around our fireplace was quite tricky, but it wasn't a problem for him. Later on, we did have an issue arise, fortunately it was covered under the warranty. Ian and Jason quickly came to the rescue. They worked so hard to fix the problem. They were very thorough and did a great job! We highly recommend.

Zack Sabin did an outstanding job installing our new fireplace. This was a replacement and installation requirements for the new unit had not been satisfied. Issues were discussed, solutions proposed, and problem areas corrected. Our newly installed carpet was maticiously protected during the whole install process. Even with the extra work that had been needed, installation was done quickly. Operating with the remote was explained and demonstrated. Zack was cordial and very pleasant to have in our house. Again, great job.

Installers, JEFF and TONY, can't thank you guys enough. They were very professional. They did a very clean install. And they want to make sure the customer is always taken care off. Dakota and Sabian were wonderful to work with as the in-home installers of a gas fireplace. They explained things patiently and answered my questions. They were polite, cheerful, and professional. I would definitely recommend using Comfort Solutions for fireplace and HVAC needs.

I shopped around and I know that Comfort Solutions is the best in the Valley. My experience with Comfort Solutions in Sandy was positive for beginning to end. We were completely happy with the heater and the people that helped us, from first repairman then the seller and then the man that installed the new unit. Sabian and Cotton were friendly, and very efficient. They were knowledgable and professional in all they did. During the new fireplace and gas line installation, they told us what they were going to do, what the process would be like, and then worked very quickly to make it all happen. Would definitely call these guys back for additional projects.
