Whipple Service Champions

Derek was great at getting out here ASAP to work on our struggling AC unit. He was able to quickly diagnose as well as schedule to fix and replace the parts needed. I think he did a great job in explaining everything to us. I would definitely recommend Derek as a technician!!

7/1/23 - I just had Logan D. come to do the annual check-up on my air-conditioner. He is a very friendly and extremely knowledgable HVAC technician. He first explained everything he was going to do and also suggested some great tips for improving the efficiency of the AC/furnace units. My favorite tip was to use a damp cloth to wipe down the cage that holds the air filter, to decrease the amount of dust in your house. Logan even scheduled two additional annual services for water heater flush and main drain cleaning so I wouldn't have to take the time to call the office. That's what I call good customer service!

I would recommend Logan to anyone looking for an HVAC tech who will answer every question they have.

Branden Sharp was our technician. We got a A/C tune up. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Our unit is older and he gave us some good recommendations to keep things nice and cool this Summer. Thanks Branden!

The plumber was rough doing the repairs and the cost was outrageous. We appreciate the work but we were taking advantage of . At the end he said your city valve is not shutting off all the may which I don’t know if he was rough with it or not since we have not had any issues with water bill. So I would not recommend your service to anyone.

Aaron and Cameron were prompt, professional and extremely knowledgable. They were courteous “all-round” gentlemen who provided options and insights on my older home. The repair went quickly, and I plan to use them again.

There are not words to convey how impressed we are with Andy Fonoimoana! His professionalism, knowledge, pleasant personality, skill set, is exceptional in all cases. We had a new furnace and A/C unit installed. He accomplished this all in one day with his assistant, Manny. One thing I like about Whipple Service Champions is they obtain a permit from the city their work is being done in. Andy’s work passed with flying colors!!! We’re so happy we chose Whipple Service Champions and we heartily recommend them for your needs!

Evan came out today and was great the whole time. He was very professional and polite and went above and beyond in making sure I understood our options and providing good service. I'm so glad to have our electrical problems fixed! We had other companies come out and Evan was the only one that recognized the source of our problems and got the breakers switched out and panel working correctly and safely again. I think I finally found a honest reliable company and that's hard to find these days.

Tyler came out and was excellent! He was very professional and explained all processes thoroughly. I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to explain all procedures. I will always request Tyler, thank you so much!!!!!

Austin was absolutely incredible. He was so informative and answered every question I had. He worked super quickly and efficiently - definitely will be asking for him every time we need services!

Jason and Mac were thorough in their inspection, and in explaining the issues my air conditioning/heating system was having. Gave me options on repairs and replacement. They helped me make the best of decision for my situation. My inspection was late at night. They wore shoe covers which was appreciated. They were able to get the parts the very next day and repair it quickly. Everything was cleaned up when they were finished. I appreciate their help and will be recommending them to anyone needing help with their furnace/air conditioner.
