Demetri was amazing! Came out for an AC tune up, communicated everything he was going to perform. Once he was finished i received a very thorough explanation of how my system is working and any problems or concerns. Highly recommend Demetri as your service technician!

Scheduling an appointment with Whipple was quick and easy. Gibson and Mike V. showed up on time and were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure all my electrical needs were taken care of. I felt the pricing for the electrical work was very fair. This was my first time using Whipple Service Champions and I will definitely be using them again.

Carson Glauser was a very good worker. He came in very open, honest,and was able to answer all questions. He was very friendly and found other resources when he wasn’t sure with what to do. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with Whipple. Logan Davis came out for the furnace tune up and took the time and care to give the details on what was needed. He was really awesome and super knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend.

$8,000 plumbing job, they bought the wrong bands so they tried to just shave the pipe to make it work. The pipe settled within a matter of weeks. $3,800 charged for $300 of electrical supplies and half a days labor. Didn't even fix the problem. The issue was with the power company all along and was fixed for free by Rocky Mountain Power. They will make it sound like it's an emergency issue and convince you to pay their exorbitant labor fees. Just remember there's always time to get a second quote. Their $27,000 quote for lining my main sewer line was done by another company for $13,000. Just got off the phone with their customer service and was told it would take weeks before I can expect to hear back from anybody there that could provide an itemized bill or help me with a refund.

Garrek Brown was outstanding today on helping us at our with our AC unit. He was very patient and thorough with every step he took on fixing and getting our unit going. Most of all, he was very trustworthy to be around and I felt safe and calm with my family around. Thank you Garrek for all your work!

We were without AC with our three rottweilers and litter of puppies and Derek and Sami came in to save the day! Not only did we get cool air again, but they won over all of our dogs, even our dude that doesn’t always warm up to workers. Fast, fantastic friendly service! Thank you!

Marcos and Ethan came to our house to do a general check-up of our AC system. They were a pleasure to communicate with. They were friendly, polite, and professional. They walked me through everything they were checking and also reviewed all the results with me. I’m in Ivins, UT and highly recommend this company.

They cleaned my kitchen sink drain, but that night I discovered that the sink was newly leaking in two different places. It turns out they cracked a pipe and also caused my garbage disposal to start leaking. I'm disappointed that (1) they caused the leaks and (2) I had to discover these leaks myself, requiring more of my time for a follow-up visit.

They did return the next day to fix the cracked pipe, but could not fix the garbage disposal without replacing it, which they quoted a high price for.
