Cameron and Sterling were great technicians. They were very professional and talked us through everything before starting anything. They kept us in the loop and all times and explained things in a way we understood. We signed up for the membership program because they made this experience such a good one. I had Tyler from Whipple come and do a furnace tune up. He went through everything on our furnace and gave us a full diagnostic on everything. It was well explained and provided different options for maintenance based on what was discovered during the review. Many companies try to force additional services afterward, but that didn't happen. They told me what they recommend doing and gave me pricing options if I wanted to proceed with them. Loved the non-pushy approach! He also set up an appointment for us for someone to come look at AC for our home as well. Great experience with them, knowledgeable and professional!

Wow!!!! Whipple has done it again! They sent me two plumbing professionals that diagnosed my plumbing problem and fixed it for free!!!! I love that your company has the two best qualities I value in a company.

Excellent service! Tyler came out and serviced my hvac system. Turns out the furnace was shot after nine years and needed to be replaced. Toli and Justin came out the next day and installed a brand new furnace abd ac unit. They did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier!

Dale Rogers with Whipple did a breaker box relocation and upgrade in our older home that was built in the 1950s. He did a fantastic job! This was a bit of an emergency, as I had no power and they were able to work me in very quickly!
