Stewart D and Blake W, really did amazing job installing tesla wall connector at my home. They were patient and answered all my questions. Whipple Service Champions are very reasonable in pricing.

Bill was very thorough while giving our A/C a check up. It's an old unit so I was not surprised that it isn't as efficient as it could be. There were no pressure sales, Bill just let us know several options for moving forward. Bill was friendly and professional.

I scheduled an AC tune up with Whipple. The techs were on time and the communication was great. The tech went through my system which has issues from not being ran for several months (we just bought the house), and managed to get my cooling fan run by freeing up the drive shaft. Then he took some readings and said the system was beginning to go. I was given several quotes to replaced various levels of my system, which they did explain thoroughly what they would replace, and go over everything. All of them were several thousands of dollars, so I needed to discuss with my wife which option to choose. He packed up and left. I did find it strange that I was charge for a diagnostic when I requested an AC tuneup.

Well after he left my neighbor who also works for an HVAC company came over and said he would give it a free consultation. He cleaned my coils, taught me how to disassemble and check all my filters, coils, drains, etc… and gave me a crash course on HVAC. He then ran the same tests, and said my coolant was way low, and charged my system. Then we fired my system back up. IT WORKS!!! I have had cold air pumping through my registers ever since, and my house is sitting at a cool 68 degrees right now.

I am kind of bummed out, because I feel like this is what I asked for in the first place was an AC tuneup, not a $6,000 AC replacement.

John was very thorough, detecting and pointing out issues that we hadn't noticed. He also was very patient and took the time necessary to get the job done right. I was impressed and very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

Equipment wise everything works. They cut through my load bearing beam instead of just going through the ceiling. Broke my wifes scentsy didnt say anything. Now my doors don’t close right upstairs, the finish doesn’t match where they “fixed” my beam. Got drywall over my couch, got drywall dust in my salt water fish tank. Sure hope my house passes inspection when it comes to selling it. They installed a new panel and in the process broke my conduit that is now exposed outside.
Very disappointed feel misled by their commercials, and ripped of for how much we paid for the outcome.

Spencer was super thorough as well as helpful answering any questions I had. He made recommendations for the future and let me know what we could do as homeowners to keep our HVAC system working effectively. Tune-up was the most reasonably priced quote I got and I’m impressed with the photos I was sent of the work done. We will definitely use Whipple again!

Tyler Howard was extremely persistent about seeking out and solving our furnace problem. He communicated with us at each step, and I felt very confident in his ability to come to a resolution of the problem. He was polite and respectful, and he did a great job. Thank you for sending out your best technician to get our furnace back up and running!

Tyler Howard did a phenomenal job! He was extremely knowledgeable in HVAC systems maintenance and gave me some great insight into how long of a life expectancy the current system has. He also gave me some great information to maintain the system for maximum performance for its age/condition.
