Whipple Service Champions

***edit: after having the original ac/furnace for 23 years in our home we finally had to replace it. Andy and Kevin were great. They took their time to make sure we understood everything with our new equipment. Everyone we have delt with from Whipple has been fantastic. Thanks Andy and Kevin!!

***edit: We had to schedule an AC tune up. Had Bill come out and he was fantastic explained everything to us showed us the issues we were having and was honest and open. He was phenomenal at his job. Thank you Bill!

We needed a Tesla wall charger installed and we knew our pannel was outdated. Zack M was amazing helping us out and did a fantastic job installing and cleaning up our panel. Thank you!

We used Whipple for an AC tune up and it was Such a great deal! James Garcia was very thorough and took his time to look everything over and give me honest feedback with detailed pictures and a nice cleaning! Our dog even loved him too!

Zach and Austin were very professional and arrived when they said they would. We agreed on a fair price and they did the work in an hour. They were both very polite and professional. I would trust them again in the future.

Jason P. was very thorough in explaining the diagnostics performed, pricing options based on level of service performed, and his technical skills met our expectations. Jason is very personable, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to work with. I would recommend Whipple because of his overall great service. Thanks again Jason!

Update: 2 days after the tune-up my AC doesn't work at all. Not a happy situation and just adds to my negative experience with Whipple Service Champions!

First, the good: I scheduled an appointment for my ac tune-up and was able to get an appointment quickly and at a time that was convenient to me. The technician was nice, friendly and when he heard a weird noise in my system, he tried hard to figure out was was going on.
The bad: After not being able to figure out the weird noise in my system and being told all of diagnostics were okay, I was given three choices for his time with me. All of which were way above the $27 promotional tune-up. I wasn't even given the option to just pay $27 for the tune-up. I was shown a picture of the drain pan and told that it needed treatment. As someone who never needed a pan treatment before, I didn't know what was required and paid the crazy amount of $168.00 for the days services. That is $141.00 for the pan treatment service (for those who do not know, it is two tablets placed in the ac drain pan and 2 minutes of time) and $27.00 for the tune-up (great price on the tune-up). I searched on google for "ac pan treatment" after the service was completed and found that I could buy a whole bottle of pan treatment tablets for between $30 and $43. I understand the need to make money as a business, but I feel like I got scammed. It has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will not use Whipple Service Champions again.

Derek and Sami were great! We were not sure what was wrong with the air conditioner and Derek did a fantastic job of explaining to me of how the air conditioner worked and then conducted a very thorough investigation. Once they accessed the furnace and air conditioner they provided us with options of what they could do. They really did a great job and just explained the facts and let us decide what worked best for us.

They did amazingly well with our large dogs and took the time to make sure our dogs were comfortable with them as it took quite awhile to work and they needed to go in and out quite a bit.

I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work on their air conditioner as Derek and Sami were great! I will call Whipple when I need help again!

Aaron was great! He was able to come out right away and was very professional. He talked me though all the aspects of the repair and let me observe in the camera where the issues were. He also connected me with a restoration company that was able to come out right away and help us get started on that phase. Thanks for the great service!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Whipple did such a great job, I wanted to give them a shout-out. We had to get our 30 year old furnace and AC unit replaced. Chase was our salesman and he gave us a great price, Alex Collins and his team did a fantastic install and finally Colin Hare came and cleaned our vents. Our unit has a great warranty and has been fantastic. I am really, really happy with Whipple. They went above and beyond.

Carson Glauser came by to help us with our A/C today because it wasn’t working. He did a great job of troubleshooting why it wasn’t working and then explaining what our options were to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and patient with his explanations and did a great job of teaching us about our system so we could make informed decisions.

Called Whipple to fix my tub faucet. Paid roughly $850 and got maybe $100 worth of work! $5 access panel, like $20 worth of copper pipe, I bought the faucet so they can't say they did that. The tech Jason didn't check to make sure everything worked before he left so I got home and found my faucet it still leaking. Wouldn't use this company!!
