The biggest scam ever. Do not use this company, they don't know what they are even using. Ridiculous price for hanging up a light, and didn't even fix the switch for a 4 way light. Having to call, to a wonderful person on the phone... did her best.
Bid has no brand or info to justify that kind of expense, What a shame on this company.

Price wise I kind of feel like these guys are incredibly expensive. For simple fixes it shouldn’t cost $500…..

Colin Hare was very professional and helpful. Explained everything with pictures, to insure we got the best possible service. Not only well trained in his profession, but in customer service, friendly and positive. Very impressed!

Derek and Grady were AMAZING! I couldn't be any more impressed! We have an old all electric system, that no one has ever attempted to get to, because it's hard to get to, and most people have never seen the type of unit we have. These guys got on the roof, and also checked out our unit, and got right in there, took out our fan motor, cleaned it, (it was filthy) and cleaned our filters. Now our air is running SO good! They were VERY respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Five stars all the way! I'd give 10 if it was an option!

I am so glad I contacted this place. I was just done with the problems I was having with my outlets switching off and suddenly not working. I contacted Whipple at 11pm not noticing the time and was able to get in contact with someone and got an appointment scheduled the very next morning for someone to come out and look at the issue. Austin Mcbride was our electrician and he was amazing. He knew exactly what he was doing, was on time, very professional, extremely nice and got us a great deal on our service. He gave us great advice and I definitely hope if something ever needs to be fixed again that I am able to go through him again.

Aaron was amazing! He was so great about explaining everything to us slowly so that we’d understand. He was personable and kind. We really had such a great experience.

When my a/c went out a few days ago, I fully expected to wait at least a week for someone to come out to my home. Zachary Fahrni my service tech arrived the same day! He was courteous and professional, advised me what was going on and what my options were.
Today, my comfort advisor, Shane Petroni showed up right on time. He went thru every step of the process to replace my 30 year old heating/air system. I never felt pressured to buy the biggest or the best or to replace my second unit that is working perfectly, instead asking about my needs what I wanted from a new system. Shane also measured my entire home, including square footage, the number of registers, etc. to make sure the unit I was getting was exactly what I need for my home, something other companies do not do.
Happily, they will be out day after tomorrow to install my new unit. I have been impressed from the minute I called Whipple.

Colin and his assistant came to my home on May 11th to clean my air ducts, they were very thorough and professional the whole time, they did an amazing job in a timely manner, and they were happy and willing to answer any questions I might have about the job. Colin showed me the difference between having your air ducts cleaned and having them cleaned right, five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Colin and Whipple. I would definitely you there services again

We had a GREAT experience with James B. and his colleague!!!
We had no power to our outdoor outlets. These guys showed up on a Saturday and quickly discovered that we overlooked one GFCI (face palm). They checked our panel to make sure everything looked good and safe. And didn't charge us a service fee for coming out.
Super friendly and professional AND they put on shoe covers without us having to ask. We appreciated this so much, other service providers do not do this.
We would definitely call them again and recommend them to friends and family!!!
