PRO TIPS: Whipple service (after the sale) just blows the competitors out of the Utah local market. Whipple can best be described like a 1950s Norman Rockwell type of service that you just don't see anymore! -->> We enjoyed the Whipple experience so much that we instantly signed up for their Whipple Member Club after using two different techs on our home. SAME CONSISTENT SERVICE BETWEEN 2 DIFFERENT TECHS!! Proud Whipple Club card carrying member 4 LIFE. Best of all is that Whipple Members club gives you so much value for a low Small annual fee = peace of mind against inflation or recession labor rate increases. Whipple does it all from HVAC TO WATER TO FURNACE and soooo much more!! Their quotes are comparative to the competitors BUT it's the service AFTER the SALE is where they shine!!! What a difference using Whipple! --->> We EXPERIENCED two different techs over the course of two days visiting our home. We instantly knew based on the QUALITY of workmanship by Both techs that joining the Whipple club was well worth the annual fee. Jason C. (WATER System) & Brandon (Furnace) visited our home. Both techs had SUPERIOR, polished customer service skills and DEEP technical knowledge. Both techs came to our home to inspect our home furnace AND then also our home built DIY water purification system, conditioner and softener system including the under the counter kitchen RO system. Jason's customer service skills, deep plumbing technical knowledge and quality of work are on another level . Jason is a 2nd generation plumber like his father before him. He was very honest & candid about the challenges with our RO system and whole home water purifier. He was very thorough & followed a checklist to ensure our home built system was operating correctly. His excellent recommendations included actually testing our water for hardness onsite, TDS levels, ensured every valve and piece of technology was operating correctly while explaining every step of his process. Very reassuring having Jason in our home. His voice, tone, pace and cadence is very calming to listen to. The very next day we had a different Whipple tech (Brandon) come to our home to inspect the furnace. I was SHOCKED -->>> Brandon HAD the SAME CALMING demeanor like Jason. Whipple clones their people. Brandon had the SAME POLISHED customer skills and DEEP TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE. ! Whipple is no joke when it comes to great THOROUGH 1950s STYLE service with MODERN technical skills. It's nice using Whipple versus paying for the competitors TV commercial budgets. Whipple membership club ensures we get the SAME AWESOME, EMPATHETIC 1950s style SERVICE every time, with such a deep technical knowledge. Whipple club member 4 life! Thank you Whipple for keeping my family warm and our water clean.

Had a/c go out Sunday, setup appointment online and never got a confirmation email. Called Monday and got an appointment for 4pm or later. Called at 730pm if they were going to come by, I was told that I was the next stop. I never received a call and the tech never showed up. Called Tuesday morning and they rescheduled me. The tech that night was very professional and helped fix our a/c. However they charged 300 for a capacitor that can be bought online for less than 20$. I didn’t catch it tell I already signed. The tech was great but every other part of this experience was horrible. Bad scheduling, no communication and overpriced.

They did an amazing job! Thank u for running all the test u could to figure out our issue! We thought we would’ve needed to get the whole water heater replaced but luckily they were able to descale, and make sure there were no other issues that could’ve been making our water heater turn off. U guys are amazing! -thanks again!

The Whipple Service technician, Demetri, was well prepared, knowledgeable, and friendly. Demetri took the time to explain my HVAC system issues in detail, using layman's terms of what he observed. He educated me regarding my HVAC system by showing and explaining what the data meant by using a spreadsheet that he developed to specifically help his customers understand a complex environmental control system. From the limited contact with Demetri, I was quite impressed.

Austin with Whipple came out and ran some cat6 lines from my server basement up to the attic and to multiple rooms in the house. He was able to finish up all the work in less than a days work (spread out over 2 days). The runs were flawless and all of the terminations look and work great. Can’t recommend Austin and Whipple enough for any low voltage or any other general electrical needs. He also conducted a free inspection and let me know of some existing issue as in the house that will get fixed!

The tech that came out to fix my ac was very informative and figured out the problem quickly and had the part on hand to fix it on the spot. Above and beyond with us waiting for the system to cool off he started cleaning up the dust and putting zip ties on the wire mess that we had.
