My recent experience with Same-Day was fantastic. Every service tech who has done work for me over the years have always been great. My most recent experience was with Austin. He replaced my breaker box and it now looks pristine. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and incredibly professional. He made sure I totally understood the work being done, the time it would take and the exact cost beforehand. No complaints at all, just positives. Thank you Same-Day!

Eric Kent came to the house, figured out the issue and fixed it fast. He was personable and respectful of my time and home.

Adria was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, willing to share all information -- and she is female! She gave us estimates for all options, and then let us decide. She meticulously wore her booties each time she came into the house, and she cleaned the area in which she worked. She was terrific!

Even though the technicians are very nice and knowledgeable, I would advise customers to get two other bids. Since my water heater was over flowing, I didn't have the time to get other bids but I wish I had. After it was installed, I decided to get a bid from another company and the quote was half the price. Unless you have deep pockets, I recommend getting a couple other bids.

Andrew was great to work with, very candid and helpful. He had a good attitude and offered appropriate advice. Thanks for the great service.

Excellent service. He was very respectful. He wore shoes cover so he doesn’t drag any dirt in the house. He diagnosed the thermostat and the furnace and showed pictures he took of cracks and rust in the heat exchanger. He showed sincere comments and recommendations and I didn’t get any pressuring to go with their company if we want to replace our furnace. He shared he believes their company are very thorough with their work and services which I believe because he showed that we can trust him servicing our system. Thank you Mike.
