Great service! Got my issues fixed and resolved quickly! Friendly and professional! Not easy to find a good company to come out on a Saturday but when your “throne” is down and you have a house full of kids and little poopers is great to have good service in times like that! Thank you!

Eric was GREAT! He gave me some maintenance tips and explained some things I was doing wrong. Seems like a down to earth guy. I would definitely recommend him and Same Day.

Braden was very thorough with the information he gave me on the installation of new smoke detectors and fixing the ground wire that wasn’t working. He was very respectful of my home putting on booties to protect my floors. Seemed very knowledgeable.
Nicholas came out today and did a light fixture repair and replaced multiple lights with more energy efficient ones and put in a surge protector. He was very nice and helpful with all of the repairs that we had done. He put on booties to protect our house which was amazing. I will definitely recommend Same Day to anyone that has repairs needed on their home.

Jenny was incredibly helpful and very patient with all the animals and any other inconveniences. She did her best to make sure we got the best service and I'm very grateful for her help! This was the second time she's been by to do maintenance and I couldn't be happier with her service. Thank you!

I work from home Fri-Mon 10 hour days. I start bright and early 5am. Around 7am it started getting colder in the house. We're expecting another snow storm, and I heard the furnace kick on, so I shrugged it off. (We'd just gotten 2 feet of snow just days before today) I went upstairs to get some coffee and stood over the floor vent to warm up my toes.(if you have floor vents, you know)
It was blowing the cold air. I QUICKLY turned off the furnace and looked at the "don't touch the thermostat" (people without kids usually refer to it as just "Thermostat") The temp was dropping. My husband is elderly, and both he and the child at home tend to chill easily and get sick. I called 2 companies, but they're not open weekends, or come to Tooele. So I called SameDay. They answered right away, got us on the schedule, and Jenny showed up in her mighty green steed!
We even received updates on time frame and arrival. She was extremely kind, straight forward and even took the time to ask questions/obtain history details and explained ALL.THE.THINGS. Her knowledge and expertise did not go unnoticed!!
I could go on and on, but I'm sure I'm exceeding character limits. (Guess we'll see once I hit done)
So- If anyone has made it this far..and you live near/around Tooele Utah....HIGHLY recommend Jenny!!!!! She's a freaking hero. I even made a tiktok video about this. (Hey, don't judge me, I'm an extroverted introvert and I like Tiktok okay) ... but didn't see Sameday to tag them in it. (Sameday, get a tiktok!)

Had Nick Barnett out for my ac tune up and it went as smooth as it could've. He explained everything he was doing and made me feel at ease about our system. Definitely will continue to use Sameday!

Julio did a great job. He was very informative of what my options are , super nice and very professional!

Had them come out and fix a faulty shutter valve and we were going to have them come back to install a new garbage disposal for a new sink. The quote was $1500. Luckily I called around and got someone who did a great job for $200. Make sure you call around before going here. The guy who did come was a good guy and did a good job but he also wanted to charge me a ton for their garbage disposal.

Kyle was polite and friendly. He performed an AC tune up and some basic maintenance. My dog liked him too. And that's probably the biggest indicator he was a good dude. The company has been responsive and has made sure all my plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs in my new home are being met at a fair price.

Trevor and John were great. They accommodated my schedule, arrived on time, explained my options to replace the old water heater, and shared their recommendations for what would work best for me. Then installed the new heater and cleaned up in 4 hours. And they didn't mind I hung out to watch. Thanks guys.

David was my Tech, he was very friendly and knowledgeable with all of my problems and more. He fixed the floor drain that other plumbers said couldn't be fixed and needed to be totally redone. He installed a new water heater with expansion chamber thing. Everything looks so clean and professional. He fixed the shower handle insides, looks and works perfect. He also replaced my toilets insides, no more running water.
After everything was done he showed me what he did and explained it all, also should me how to work my new water heater.
I'm so happy I went with SameDay, they are so professional and I have peace of mind know with the floor drain being fixed.
