Michael was friendly, professional and easy to work with. He was very thorough and kept me well informed through the whole process of replacing my hot water heater. He worked hard to get it installed quickly and did a great job.

Tyler did a fantastic job walking us through all of the options available; he was courteous and professional. Once installation began, Sean and Hunter provided prompt, quality service. Everything went as explained, and we could not be happier with the results. The entire crew was kind, courteous and our dogs approved of the work performed.

Chris Hazelton was very thorough in his review of our system. There was no service involved, but he told us weaknesses in our systems which were installed by another company. I personally didn't see his pictures, which would have helped me understand his review.

Kyle and Nick were awesome, very professional. Took their time and tested my system to find the faults. While I did not have repairs done at that time, they laid out exactly what options I do have, and what is the best course of action. No pressure, no sales tactics, just honest service. Thank you again for your time and knowledge. While I hope to not "need" you again, I would gladly welcome you back.

Jake and Austin did an exceptional job...good folk. I appreciate their extra time explaining items in laymens terms for me. I'd recommend to anyone Same Day company..great experience with hvac crew and now electrical. !!

Sean & Jake & Matt Hansen done a fantastic job, they made sure we were happy with each step they made. They kept their messes to a minimum and then cleaned everything up before they left. Covered the floors with drop cloths to make sure to not cause any damage. Then explained everything to make sure we we comfortable with the operations of all new equipment.
Also want to give a shout out to our salesmen Matt Miller for his continued help and follow-up throughout the whole process

Eric came out to service our ac unit. He was very nice to work with and very knowledgeable. Even gave me some things that I can do to keep my system running smoothly. Will do all work with SameDay.

Found a couple of small gas leaks at a valve and union that fed my furnace. Called Same Day for the repair and they sent Stetson to come out and take a look. He confirmed the leaks and checked other connection to make sure their weren’t more leaks. Stetson replaced the valve and union within about 15 minutes and was on his way to another call. He was very professional and did good work. The staff I spoke with over the phone were very pleasant and helpful. Thanks Same Day!

Installers Sean and Jake were great. They were able to come a day early and stayed all day dealing with a difficult small space and other issues in an older home to make sure we got our heat going again.
