I have a slow drain in the bathtub and they were able to find out what the problem is, and gave me a quote for the drain repair that was reasonable. I told him I thought about repiping the house. He said that it wasn’t worth the expense, as I already have copper pipes throughout.

I have had great success with the whole Same Day company for both of my houses. I highly recommend them.

About 2 months ago I had same day come out to replace a faucet. When they got here they upsold me on a new garbage disposal and told me there was no way they could do the work if we did not put in a new hot water shut off. TWO THOUSAND dollars and about an hour later they were done. Two days ago the faucet started leaking, I called them expecting them to honor the 1 year parts and labor warranty clearly circled on the invoice posted in this review. I was wrong, I was told they could come out in TWO DAYS (same day, sure) and that if they felt it was not their fault I would be charged for the visit.

This is clearly unacceptable, I found a similar issue on youtube and was able to fix it myself in about 20 minutes. I canceled my "appointment" and this seemed pretty normal to the person I was talking to, I'm guessing they are used to explaining to people how their 2 month old work that needs a 20 minute fix is not covered under warranty. The only upside of dealing with this company is that I know to avoid them in the future and I hope I can spare you the same regret.

Kyle arrived promptly, and worked efficiently while he was at our house. He was courteous, explained his diagnosis of the issue clearly, and also pointed out a few other issues that he noticed while working on our drain. He didn't leave until he was sure I had all my questions answered, and there was a good solution in place for the day. Would definitely recommend.
