Eagar Heating and Cooling

Paris from Eagar Heating & Cooling came and diagnosed and fixed the problem with our AC units. He explained and demonstrated how to prevent it in the future; either by homeowner maintenance, or having a the unit professionally cleaned at least once a year. The cottonwood trees put out so much cotton in the month of June on our property that in July the external units must be disassembled and the cotton carefully removed. Our units are difficult to disassemble and reassemble the external guards. The cotton is not visible unless they are completely removed. They look clean until all the guards are removed.

Eager was great to work with. I had been without AC for 2 and 1/2 weeks while dealing with my home warranty company and the home warranty company was still another week out from fixing it. I called Eager and they were extremely professional and had a great sense of urgency to get my AC up and running again as we had an event at our home during the upcoming weekend. They made time in their already full schedule to come out and stay late to install my system. Within 3-4 hours they had everything up and running (which was 2 hours less in labor than what the other guys were going to charge me.) These guys are honest, fair, and customer service driven. SOLID HVAC company!

Brian is awesome! He has worked with us to get our AC in tip top shape. Where other places have wanted to charge us thousands of dollars to fix our unit he let us know right up front that we didn’t need a brand new unit we just needed a couple parts replaced I will never use another heating and cooling company. Eagar is the only company we will use from now on.

We transitioned from a swap cooler to central air. We had several bids done, but ultimately decided to go with Eagar heating and air. We choose to go with Eagar, because of the prompt response to give us a bid, the professionalism, How knowledgeable Chris was and their competitive pricing. Several of the other bids we had done, made the job to be more complicated than it was with added costs. They were prompt with sending a bid over without overselling, but also letting you know your options if you were wanting to upgrade. We felt very confident in our choice.

They were able to get an instillation date within just a few days. The crew we had Kyle, Kyler and Jason were fabulous. They were so professional, quick and courteous. I was so impressed with how they cleaned up any mess they made, explained things well, and just really friendly men as well as extremely knowledgeable about their trade

We had another great experience with this company just over the weekend. Our AC went out suddenly and we called. It was responded to right away and the manager himself came out! Ryan and Brian came out to repair our fireplace. They were professional, courteous and competent. Our fireplace looks new and works great. I highly recomend them.When I need HVAC services again, they will be the Company I call.

We had heating and air conditioning problems in a 1938 home with additions. Chris and his team at Eagar Heating and cooling worked through the problems with a smile and did a great job. I have used them other times with maintenance and repair and they have always made things easy for me and have done a prompt and complete job.

I'd recommend Eagar to everyone! They saved us over $4000 when it was time to replace and upgrade our furnace and A/C. I got bids from four or five companies. I'd heard all the adds about big rebates but the bid from Eagar was even better. They even took my old A/C unit that was in good shape but too small for our place and put it in my daughters home for an incredibly reasonable price.
We've had our new unit for a while now and only had to call for service once. They were prompt, efficient and reasonably priced.
Like I said before... I'd recommend Eagar to everyone!

Brian brought our fireplace back from the dead! He made it look brand new by giving it a thorough cleaning, including the glass, and by fixing the pilot light. He was quick and professional with a reasonable price too.
