Eagar Heating and Cooling

I called Eagar Heating and Cooling to fix a non-functioning gas fireplace insert. Brian, the Service Manager, was right on time, evaluated the problem and gave me the cost to repair prior to starting work. The cost was very reasonable for the work performed. Brian was friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. My fireplace is now working perfectly. Also, Kylie, the young lady who answered my initial call, was awesome. I highly recommend this company.

Our technician was wonderful. He was very informative, very knowledgeable, and very patient. I appreciated him letting us know his diagnosis and the estimated cost up front - there no hidden extras, and no "oh, and by the way" additions. And best of all the repairs were totally successful and everything works perfectly again. Best part is that he came the very next morning after our call for service, not a promise to come within a week. We have found our new heating and air conditioning permanent solution. We are very pleased, and grateful.

Brian showed up on time and was very thorough in his inspection of both the AC and furnace, discovering some failing capacitors. Reasonably priced, friendly and competent.

They were able to schedule an appointment to come fix my gas fireplace for the day after I called. Brian came out and cleaned our fireplace and rearranged our logs and even added some smoldering embers! Brian was friendly and professional and he did a great job! This company was recommended to us from a friend that has over 100 properties and she really knows who are the best companies to deal with in Utah! And boy did they not disappoint! I called a different company Absolute Air, initially, for a furnance problem in my rental property and they tried to sell me a new furnance for $6000 and used very high pressure sales tactics. They ended up charging me $700 for the "fix" and it did not fix anything because it broke down a couple days later. That's when Brian from Eager Plumbing came to our rescue and assured is that we did not need a new furnance and fixed the entire problem for about $100. We were so impressed that we had Brian come to our house and do a full furnance inspection and tune up! Highly recommend this company if you are looking for HONEST people that will get the job done right and quickly! Thanks so much again!! We will be recommending you guys to anyone that needs furnance repair!

Eagar is probably the best HVAC team I've ever gone with. When our furnace stopped working, Eagar came out immediately and worked on it for several days and solved a super elusive problem (water in the flue in the attic, tripping sensors on the furnace). They were professional, well mannered, efficient, and committed to making sure that we didn't go without heat any longer than necessary. And they were reasonably priced. I'll definitely call them next time.

These guys are the real deal. I needed my fireplace tuned up and serviced and was expecting to spend way more than I did with Eagar. Brian was awesome. He diagnosed a couple problems that have bothered us for years - fixed them - and was in and out in a couple hours. The price was great and I'll definitely call them again if we need more help. Highly recommend.

Brian did an excellent job fixing our gas fireplace. He was on time, and great to work with! Even checked to see if the part that needed to be repaired was covered under a warranty to help save me some money (which it was.) I will defiantly be using them again.

Brian did a great job with our gas fireplaces. Very thorough and fair. Great guy and very personable. I would recommend Eagar to anyone needing HVAC or fireplace work. We called around and Eagar was the only company we found who would service fireplaces that they didn't install. Give them a call.

I had a home humidifier system installed a couple of years ago. They did a great job with that, so I have started using them for my other HVAC issues. They are always prompt, professional, and honest. Their pricing is also very reasonable. They show up when they say they're going to, or they let you know in advance if there is going to be a delay. Very much appreciated, especially in an era where customer service has gone the way of the Dodo.
