They were awesome to work with. They showed up, explained the process, showed us all the info they were getting readings on and showed the readings after they finished the job. Carlos was communicating with me throughout the whole process and kept me in the loop before they arrived and once they left. He represents the company well!

Had rated 5 stars as when the workers came to do duct sealing they were nice, professional, and answered questions. Updated to 1 star as they left my ductwork plugged up so the a/c wasn't getting to more than half the house and the service wasn't completed to more than half the house. I received a full refund.
Updated to 3 stars after having a conversation with the owner Ryan. The conversation showed that the company cares about their customers experience and provided clarification to the events that lead up to the bad experience and the steps that have been taken to ensure it won't happen to future customers. I believe a portion of my poor experience was due to the solar company I hired who were supposed to manage the project but didn't. In the future if I need further duct work I may call Brothers Duct Repair.

The 2 technicians were professional and kind with kids, and understanding of dogs barking in their crates.

Ryan, Calvin, and Kaleb were awesome to work with. They were flexible with scheduling and squeezed me in early. I had some rust in the basement floor vents that I’m really hoping the Aeroseal process they did will buy me some time on. The price was great and I’m stoked for the savings to come: tax credit AND monthly heating/AC bill via higher efficiency (they got my system a 92% reduction in duct leakage). 10/10 would recommend

Great service! Even in a new build, we were losing tons of air through holes and cracks in our ductwork. With no desire to heat the hidden spaces or the attic, we opted for this sealing service. It was pretty crazy because it showed how much we were actually losing and now after the sealing how much we were saving. Also, I’m glad to not be pulling allergens from those musty places into our vented air anymore. Also, it should save our furnace and air conditioner the extra work hopefully prolonging their lives. I’ll take any bit of energy savings we can get!
