Paris was amazing and he spent so much time explaining everything to me. I wasn’t upsold on anything. He was very thorough and also efficient. I will definitely work with Eager Heating and Cooling moving forward.

My gas fireplace hasn't been working since last spring after we had some construction work done on our house. They gave my fireplace a good cleaning and the problem is fixed. Many places won't touch fireplaces unless they installed them. I initially had an appointment scheduled with a competitor for the end of February but Eagar was able to get me in a whole month before that appointment. Eagar does everything. I will definitely use again.

I cannot say enough great things about Eagar Heating and Cooling. Unexpectedly our air conditioner died due to not being properly sized with the house and furnace. We had several quotes but we were super impressed with Chris Eagar. He responds quickly to text, email or phone call and was professional and friendly. He walked us through several options that would help improve our air flow, maximize efficiency and give us the best value. We settled on an Amana with a lifetime warranty and a new furnace that was sized properly to our square footage. He also took a good look at our ducts and determined we needed bigger ducting for our great room, master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms upstairs to help improve air flow and reduce the need to have the AC/furnace running often. He sent Kyle and his crew and they were wonderful, I hardly noticed they were here! Everything was installed top notch, they even had to do a bit of landscaping to accommodate the new AC unit! They cleaned everything up and even guided us through listing our old furnace for sale. Chris came back to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and then set us up for our furnace rebate so that the process would be easy. Not only was the price and service ideal but we are pleasantly surprised to find our house staying perfectly cool with less effort, our electricity bill is lower and it runs quieter inside and outside. Eager Heating and Cooling more than exceeded our expectations and made the whole experience worry free.

They came on time, they cleaned and repaired my glass fireplace. Very professional and helpful. Our technician was Brian VanLeuven. He was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I had tried to get someone to come look at it for months, with no success. When I called Eagar Heating an Cooling, they did not hesitate. They gave me the their soonest appointment and fixed the problem. I recommend them highly!

In my 72 years on this earth I have never received such outstanding service as that provided by Chris Eagar Heating & Cooling! I can't believe how efficient, professional, competitively-priced, and all-in-all outstanding the whole experience was. Chris came to our house on a Wednesday and the unit was installed the next day (I'm sure the timing was good because this was right before the summer heat began). My hat's off to Chris and his wonderful employees who were so cheerful and attentive and professional! You absolutely cannot go wrong if you choose this company for your heating/cooling needs!

Fantastic service from Eager, and I was especially pleased with Brian's expertise in repairing my Lennox fireplace. He inspected it, diagnosed it. cleaned it, repaired the broken part, sent me an email invoice on the spot, all with a smile. He's super easy to work with, knows what he's doing, and communicates well. Will go to Eager for all my fireplace, heating, and cooling needs. Oh, and the pricing is the best on the entire front range.

I called on Thursday, and a technician was at my house at the appointed time the following morning! He was so polite and did such an amazing job. He didn't leave any mess behind. I have never had my fireplaces cleaned or repaired, but he busted it out in timely manner and they both look phenomenal. I highly recommend Eager Heating and Cooling.

Brian VanLeuven, Service Manager, was absolutely fantastic. Before repairing my gas fireplace, he explained everything right up front. i.e. cost, time and parts needed. He was clean, friendly and professional - not to mention extremely knowledgeable in gas fireplace repairs!! I would highly recommend Brian to my friends and others. Wish I would have had Eagar come out first to my house for the furnace repair. After my problem was 'diagnosed' by a different company who gave me 4 options from repair to replace my furnace and running from $350 to thousands of dollars, I asked Eagar how much it would be to do a switch replacement which was one of the options the first place gave. Eagar was $150 less.
When they came out to replace the switch, I was told that my switch wasn't bad and it was a dirty sensor that was cleaned and put back in the furnace. I has been working perfectly since! And for $105.
I was told about a capacitor that was barely out of spec and that would probably need to be replaced next year but we should be good to for for now.
Eagar Heating and Cooling is now the first and only HVAC company I will call.
