They replaced the thermocouple (sp?) For my gas fireplace.
First I want to thank the office for moving up my appointment. What a nice surprise to have this repaired earlier than expected.
Second, Brian was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to work with this company. I will use them again and refer them to my friends.

We called several places looking for a fireplace repair technician, and Eager Heating and Cooling was recommended to us. They were scheduled a few weeks out due to how busy they were, which was understandable since we called when it started getting chilly.
Brian showed up on time and quickly troubleshot the issue. He made the repair and asked us if we'd like a deep clean on the unit, which we opted for. Brian was professional and courteous. We'll definitely call Eager again if we ever have any other issues with our fireplace!

Technician was super friendly and did an amazing job cleaning our gas fireplace! He added embers and it looks amazing! He also replaced the switch because it would randomly turn off. No longer an issue! We are now ready for the winter weather in Utah.

Paris was the repairman's name. We have a fireplace in our new to us home that we didn't know if it was wood burning or gas since it has a capped off gas line. We didn't want to burn the house down. Paris was able to tell us what we have and recommended two companies if we wanted to go with gas fireplace installation. He also showed us details of how to shut the flue when not in use. Very nice gentleman.

When we moved into our home our heater wasn’t heating properly. I called and Chris came. He determined we needed a new fan. I appreciated that he went out of his way to get the fan and get it installed immediately. He updated me by phone to let me know he had to go the another supplier and would be a bit longer than he had originally told me.
I will always call on Eager when I need work on my HVAC system.

Our gas fireplace insert wasn't working, so we had Eagar Heating and Cooling come clean it and see what repairs might be needed. We chose Eagar because of their excellent reviews. We were not disappointed! The workman who helped us, Paris, thoroughly cleaned the fireplace, which fixed the problem! Apparently, a sensor had become dirty, so it didn't work. We are happy that we were not charged for a new part (which they could have done), and our fireplace looks brand new! Paris was so friendly, pleasant, and careful and did such a great job. We feel like he was honest and that his honesty reflects the company culture. We will definitely use them again!

My sister in law and mother both used Eager Heating and cooling when they needed work done on their fireplaces, and were very impressed with the work that was done! When ours quit working, it was an easy decision to call them because of the excellent referrals! I was so impressed with the quality of the work and the price was very fair! Stop looking and give this company a call! You will be very pleased!

We called Eagar about our fireplace, which most of the time wasn't turning on. We thought it would be weeks before they could come out, but they offered to come the next morning!

We had assumed it was a faulty sensor, and had planned on doing a full service/cleaning. Brian and Paris showed up on time, and quickly determined the issue was likely just a faulty switch. We appreciated them not upselling the repair, they were very honest and to the point. They asked if we just wanted to repair the switch, and we said we'd like to still do the cleaning as well.

Holy cow, the cleaning made a difference! They were incredibly thorough and even seem to have added some rocks and embers -- it looks better than it ever did, and works perfectly.
