The work crew arrived on time and were courteous. Chris came soon after to check on their work and to check with us that all was going as we expected. The job was completed as promised at a fair and reasonable price. In short, we were treated professionally and are pleased with the quality of the work and the equipment installed We will certainly bring them back when the need arises.

Brian was here when he said and was just great,he had to replace the motor and didn't have the one needed in his truck so drove up to Orem to get what I needed and came right back to put it in! He did such a nice job of cleaning the inside of the fireplace all out and made it look like new, he even put down in the front of the logs what looked like insulation to give it the look of burning embers and it made such a big difference.He was very polite and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything , I would highly recommend Brian!

I woke up to having my furnace not staying on so I called and they were able to come help me super quickly. Chris was really awesome to work with. He was able to figure out the issue within 20 mins of being at my home. Will for sure sending all furnace maintenance to Eagar Heating and Cooling!

My AC went out at 8pm last night. I texted Chris at 8:30, he responded immediately, came the next day, and fixed the unit within 18 hours of it breaking. I was at work when he came, but my wife made a point of saying he was very kind, likable, and that she was totally comfortable with him being in/around our home. I’ve had this repair done in the past and Chris’s price was substantially less. There is no possible way I could be more happy with the experience.

My gas fireplace has never looked/worked better! Brian VanLeuven was very professional, explained all that was being done and left everything clean when he left. As a side note my grandkids were here during his work and were convinced he was Santa due to his beard and proficiency with fireplaces~ Would highly recommend this company.

I am now an Eagar customer for life. We were having problems with our A/C & Furnace blower and we called Whipple. They charged us $75 to diagnose for 20 minutes and then said we needed to replace our circuit board for $1000. We were floored by how much they wanted to charge. Then, a friend tell us to call Eagar and we did. Within 2 hours they came to our house and replaced the same part for $260 in 40 minutes time. I am so happy we just saved $750 by using Eagar. Whipple has good marketing, but their prices were outrageous. Eagar's just a small company that gets the job done fast and at the lowest price.

Chris and his guys are awesome! They were polite, prompt, and worked hard all day until the job was done, then cleaned everything up. We were comfortable with them in our home and would definitely use them again!
