From beginning to end my experience with High Country HVAC was amazing. JC helped me understand things about HVAC I wish I had known years ago. And the install team of Dillon and JP were nothing short of excellent. This is a truly professional team!!

Update: Aug 22, 2022. I continue to reach back to High Country for my HVAC needs. Not only are they extremely professional, they are personable. They care about the people they take care of and it's always a pleasure to have JC or Paul come by for my periodic maintenance. A/C went out today and Paul managed to rearrange his workload and come see me to handle the fix and knock out my periodic maintenance in one visit. And we shared some cool life perspectives at the same time.

Probably my best experience with a home service company in a decade. Called them up, they made time for me the same day. The guy was here at the beginning of the time window they gave me. He suited up and did proper Covid-19 prevention. Found and diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed a part that others would have tried to sell me a new one of. Found he had extra time left for the minimum charge period so did some extra maintenance. Incredibly personable, explained everything he was doing while doing it. Answered all of my questions well and professionally. Was a really enjoyable person. Oh yeah, AND HE FIXED THE FURNACE - which of course was the most important part. Really great experience.

We have used High Country for all of oir system maintenance and repairs becuase we have received quality service and good pricing.

Paul was able to quickly diagnose the problem and take care of it. I also felt like he was looking for ways to give us the best value service.

I had an exceptional experience with High Country and just wanted to share it with everyone. I called several companies to fix my air conditioner. They told me that they were booked and it will be tomorrow, but if something cancelled they'd call back. Something opened up fairly quickly and they called and came right over. The coils were frozen so they had to wait and said they'd be back in the morning. At 5:00 pm they called back and came and fixed the problem. Very efficient, shared all kinds of information and couldn't have been nicer. Very, very impressed with their attitude, their honesty and total gentlemen. Cost was very fair. I give them my highest recommendation.

High Country is awesome-- they've been out several times for general maintenance and upkeep, and Mike knows so, so much about our bizarre furnace and duct work-- as techs, they're obviously not responsible for warranties, etc. on furnaces. We do not know much about HVAC at all, but we have every question answered when High Country is here. They are super thorough and helpful. Love them!
