We've had them service or do maintenance on our furnace and ac for years now.

They're so friendly and do a great job every time. They're respectful and show up on time.

I like how they take time to explain everything. Like how our ac needed to be brushed down. We didn't know but it really needed it. They also taught me if I want to keep up on it myself. I don't really want to but I should.

JC has been taking care of my home for 15 years. He has always been price fair and responsive for our needs. He has a great regular maintenance program and I don’t even worry about it they just take care of it. He has also done excellent repair work on my old home with venting issues

There was an error code on my furnace and it kept turning on and off. Paul came out same day, on the early side of the time window, and letting me know he was in his way about twenty minutes before he was going to arrive. He was very professional, thorough, and kind and he even made a point to show me a few things about my furnace so I could do some maintenance myself in the future.

From the minute I called with the service concern to the communication about the invoice, they were exceptional. HVAC fine details are blind spot for me so I appreciate the trustworthy company like High Country.

I've used High Country before to service our AC/Furnace. they were great. But we just had our first furnace problem ever. I called, within a few minutes I received a return call and the tech walked me through troubleshooting over the phone. When we couldn't solve the issue on the phone, he set up an appointment for the next day. Today. When he got here, he was able to go right to the issue. Simple for guys who know what they are doing. He taught me how to do the maintenance on that part myself. Then because a service call is close to the amount of an annual service we discussed having the service done instead which would include the part maintenance he showed me how to do, the furnace maintenance now and the AC maintenance in the spring.

There was no upselling, no trying to convince me to do more. I let them know what I wanted, what I was willing to do and they did what I asked. I asked other questions and got answers, not sales. Very professional, clean, and tidy. I am very pleased. When it's time to have other repairs/maintenance/or replacement/upgrades I'm calling these guys first.

We just had our HVAC system replaced thru High Country HVAC and we highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. Everyone at High Country is friendly, helpful and courteous. JC came out and walked us thru our options and provided us with proposals based on our wants and needs, he even recommended some things that we hadn’t thought of. Dillon and JP installed our system, they take great pride in the quality of their workmanship and it shows. While replacing an HVAC system isn’t something a homeowner looks forward to, our experience was a very pleasant surprise from the service to the equipment. Our overall experience with High Country was Excellent.
