After dealing with private contractors for the last four months in this remodel, this is the only company that I couldn’t more highly recommend! They were friendly, knowledgeable and really explained what they were doing to me over the two days that it took to install a new furnace and air conditioning unit. I have eight cats that I am currently fostering and the guys were careful to not let any of them escape even though they were going in and out of the house on a regular basis I had a couple of questions after it was installed with the digital thermostat and JC came out and personally showed me what I needed to do. Good service is rare these days and these guys absolutely have it.
I feel really bad for the Elderly lady who lived here before me because only a year ago she replaced the furnace. Unfortunately it was way too big for this house and created a major airflow problem. The guys diagnosed it, and fixed it. She got ripped off big-time by Neering HVAC.

Very professional and friendly. Omar and his coworker continually figured out the best way to put new HVAC in our house. Would definitely use them again

JC came over and provided a quote and I felt like the pricing was good, so I agreed for them to perform the work. JC coordinated the date and time with me. Omar called ahead, 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Toby came with Omar and together they over and they completed their HVAC work in our basement quickly and with excellent craftsmanship. All three men were very professional and easy to work with. We've used them before and we will continue to use them in the future for all of our HVAC needs.

I called Dan at 10:00 PM and not only did he take my call but he had a technician come out the following day and he took care of our broken fuse in our AC. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking for honest, reliable and prompt service. 10 stars from me and the wife.

They were quick to get out and fix our AC. Mark, the technician, was knowable and repaired the issue quickly! He also took the time to answer our questions upgrades to our system without putting any pressure to do anything now. Pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend High County for any HVAC needs!

JC and Paul were great. JC responded to my request first before anyone else. Paul was great to work with on our a/c unit. Definitely recommend them.
