After returning home from a 10-month deployment, my home’s AC system was not cooling the house as it should have. High Country was so responsive, quick, professional, and generous with their time in fixing my home’s AC system so it could stay cool in the summer heat. Paul was absolutely awesome — so knowledgeable and so evident he genuinely cares about the well-being of his customers. Thanks High Country!!!

I highly recommended calling High Country for all your HVAC needs. I’ve been a customer for about 7 years, and they are loyal to everyone they service. They are professional, knowledgeable, honest and respond to trouble calls quickly. They take the time to explain exactly what the problem is and give options based on years of expertise. The home I bought had the standard off-brand installed by the builder. When it started to have problems, they’ve been there to keep it running properly through the years. Last week I finally had a new high efficiency Lennox furnace and condenser installed by High Country to replace the old one. JC walked me through all the options to help me decide the right choice for my home. All I can say is, I wished I had done it sooner. The new Lennox system is keeping my home frosty through the hot summer we’ve been having. Best of all, it’s practically silent. During peak hot hours, I don’t even hear it running, just cold arctic air pumping through the house! The installers worked diligently through the heat getting the new system in. They arrived on time, were friendly, and took all the time necessary to ensure everything was perfect. Happy to say I’m a customer for life. Thanks to JC, Michael, Toby and Omar…I appreciate all the hard work!

Paul came out to fix our furnace. He did such a fantastic job and was very professional. He squeezed us into a day that he already had full, but I could tell he really cared and wanted to help us. He didn't want me and my family to endure a night without our heat in our house. Would definitely recommend and use again.

They are amazing. Such good service and very honest. It was reasonable and they didn't try to add additional extra which was so refreshing.

We have always been able to count on JC and team. They've installed 2 new HVAC systems for us as well as maintaining our existing systems. They are responsive and take care of us as needs arise.

Here is your customer feedback. Paul was friendly and asked questions. I felt listened to, the technician Paul clearly and competently explained the situation, identified potential problems, and gave me workable solutions. I really appreciated him taking the time to use it as a teaching moment, I was already planning on picking his brain. Paul was instructive and insightful without making me feel condescended to or patronized. I learned how to better take care of my AC. I certainly needed it. I knew nothing and I didn’t know what I didn’t know. I am confident I can make the suggested changes moving forward. Because of Paul’s patience and willingness to educate I feel empowered.

I will clean all the vents at home, open them up. I’ll clean out the outdoor unit monthly. I’ll make sure I put the filter in correctly and change it punctually. I now understand what to do about the leaking. Paul cleaned and cleared the clog in our drain pipe. I will speak with my wife and we will call JC for a consult about new AC units and financing due to the corrosion of the coils. Again, thank you Paul for being personable. I feel like you did more than just address our AC issue.
