Gunthers is a great business to work with. A/C went out with Temps at 100 degrees. Had 3 different companies out for bids. Jamie gave me lots of options and explained what would be best but not pushy. Ordered on a Friday and installed the next Tuesday. Would recommend Gunthers to anyone

We used Gunthers on the recommendation of a contractor friend. We were not disappointed. The service was quick and efficient. They were able to answer all our questions and the pricing was competitive. They were especially helpful in working with us in getting manufacturers/utility company rebates.

We were trying to find a HVAC contractor that had experience with indoor swimming pools, since we knew this was essential for the health of the pool room and the house. After talking to several contractors that were not quite sure how to deal with it, we were finally referred to Gunthers. Right away we knew that they knew what they were talking about. Nathan Fox took care of my Gunthers Maintenance Plan yesterday. He was very informative and professional. Nathan seems to know a lot about HVAC and my friend had some questions about his home A/C and will be replacing his unit soon and will be contacting Gunthers to quote and possibly do the work on his house. I have been very pleased with Gunthers service today. I got my heater fixed the same day I called. The technician (Lund) was very nice. The kind of person you feel comfortable letting into your home. He came and diagnosed the furnace and then drove all the way to Salt Lake to get the part and came back and fixed it. I could tell he knew what he was doing when it came to fixing the heater. He even explained things to my boys who were fascinated in watching the heater get fixed.

We have a new furnace and AC unit installed and Gunthers did a great job. They were well priced, quick, efficient and took care of the details. They even discovered a problem from the original installation when the house build 15 years ago and corrected it.
Their installation team left the utility room cleaner than when they entered and the follow-up gave confidence that we made the right choice of by using GUNTHERS.

Gunters Comfort Air came as promised, evaluated the problem with our air conditioning, which was in the blower unit of the furnace, committed to return within a few days with the necessary replacement part and then kept all their promises. This is an excellent company. The service representative was knowledgable and experienced. He was able to address other issues than needed service at the same time. The total cost for the service was not cheap but then you usually get exactly what you pay for. At no time did he try to upsell me or try to persuade me to buy new equipment.

We have worked with Gunthers for years. They are our "go to" for all of the properties that manage. They have been maintaining our HVAC systems and more recently have moved into taking care of our plumbing issues we have. I would recommend them to anyone. Their technicans are friendly and professional. They explain what needs to be done and get it done quickly.

My air conditioner stopped working last night (during a week of 100 degrees, of course). I have a Gunther's service plan, so I called them first thing in the morning and had my air conditioner fixed before lunch. The service was fast, accurate, and efficient. The technician was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

After another company came to my home and informed me that I needed a "new" furnace because of high (850) carbon monoxide readings, I called Gunthers for a estimate to match the first company for a new furnace. When the Gunthers salesman came out it was determined that in fact I did not need a new furnace at all! It seems that the first technician opened the gas valve and then falsified the carbon monoxide readings in order to sell me something I didn't need.
I like the fact that Gunthers technicians are clean cut and honest. They do not work on commission and that helps them maintain their integrity. They explained the process of the furnace as a stood by and watched them and they showed me what had happened to have the high reading. They helped me understand the importance of carbon monoxide monitors in my home and I ended up having them install two of them as I did not own even one. They took the time to make sure everything was working properly and were up front with the needed work and the costs involved. I was so impressed with the company that I will be using them from now on. I trust them to do what is needed and no more.
