Gunthers Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

Just want to report to you what an excellent experience I had with Mike this morning. He was very professional in explaining the condition of. my furnace and air conditioning. He then discarded the used filter and also my kitchen garbage along with the filter. He went the extra mile in helping me.
I wish all service people were as king, ptogrddionsl and helpful as Mike.

Nate Fox is an incredible human being! He was working on my neighbors furnace (Doug Lund) and we told him mine died in February. He agreed to take a quick look at mine. Quickly assessed that it was an ignitor switch. 15 minutes later he had cured a problem that was really distressing! Thank you thank you thank you! And in a year when we are ready for a new furnace...there is absolutely no question we will go with Gunther!

Our Solar Panels seem to be working great.
The only complaint was there seemed to be a lack of communication. We never really knew what was next until we called and asked when they were coming again.
Also the paperwork for the tax rebates is a joke. Someone needs to make that easier on me, the consumer. I don't know if Gunther's can make it easier, or if it is a government problem.

I am so grateful to finally have a cool and comfortable house. We have been coaxing an older, inefficient unit along for the past 3 hot summers. Dwight did a complete inspection of our old system and suggested repairing and streamlining our ductwork in the basement for a minimal cost. We also opted to have a new Lennox A/C unit installed. I can't believe the difference. I can set the thermostat and the house cools to the temperature I want. The technicians from Gunthers were fast, considerate, and professional. I was happy with every part of the process from the initial bid to the final clean up after install.

Super friendly service. They are very knowledgeable. Salesmen actually measure and size equipment to what the house needs instead of selling you something cheap that you will hate in a couple of years. All of my experience with them has been good.

Nate was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything very well to me. As well as got my furnace running again. I have hope that it will endure a few more years. Thanks for the help to keep my home warm!

Mike was great! He showed up less than an hour after we called. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. I felt like the price was reasonable and the service was excellent.

Honesty is rare in a business like this, so Gunther's is a breathe of fresh air, literally!!!😊 They may be a little more expensive for the initial visit, but they're honest and won't try to sell you something you don't need, plus their techs have years of experience, which helps when you want to keep what you have, working!!! Seriously great company!!!

Gunthers are the best furnace and A/C repair organization in the Utah County. I have tried others and have always come back to Gunthers. Bar none, they are the most honest, reputable, no nonsense, right to the point people you can count on.
