I used them to get a second opinion on a 3 ton unit that the previous tech told me the compressor was wore out. Without telling Otis tech he fixed the problem by adjusting the refrigerant charge and Botta boom working great again. I told him what the last tech said and he laughed and confirmed My suspicions.
