Came home and the thermostat read 90 degrees. Called and they had a service technician out in 45 mins. He was very professional and fixed the issue in less than 30 mins. House is cooling down and we can go back to being happy and cool. Thanks again! A+ service

Friendly & professional office staff on the phones, Ac went out overnight and called 9am next morning, unfortunately their schedule was full and was put on waitlist, I received a call about 30 min later with availability and was able to schedule. Technician Randy promptly arrived at scheduled time and very friendly to talk to. He explained issues he found and went well out of his way to even change air filter in attic AND date it. Felt very comfortable with his diagnostic practice and his expertise. We are now cooling off! I would recommend Otis and Randy to anyone in the Whichita Falls area.

Same day service when my AC unit went out and the tech arrived within 3 hours of my call. Repaired it quick and did a checkup on the rest of my system. I recommend Randy, he was very informative with a jovial attitude.

Otis is the most professional company I have ever dealt with in Wichita Falls. The office staff was wonderful to work with and the service technician explained everything they were doing. The wife and I just bought a house in Texas and the gentlemen we bought it from said it needed a new A/C unit. The wife found OTIS HEARING AND AIR and they sent Randy T out to the house. Randy went through everything and our A/C unit checked out fine. They showed up on time, didn't mind me hovering to watch and got us situated quickly and affordably.

I called Otis Air Conditioning this past Thursday and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Randy showed up first thing the following Monday and he was super friendly and very helpful with the problem. They were very knowledgeable about what they needed to look at, and what took someone else a month to try and figure out the problem, only took Randy five minutes. I will definitely recommend them to people in the future!

YES!!! I agree!!! I have found MY "go to" guy for A/C issues!!! John McCloud from OTIS was early to our appointment, fast and knowledgeable with his work, kept us informed of what was going on, and professional and courteous the whole time!!! We would love to have him back if we need any future assistance!!!
