Otis Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

Otis Air Conditioning sent out Landon to do yearly maintenance on our HVAC system on 05 April 2023 and he was awesome! Very detail oriented, honest, professional and very courteous. I walked with him and he explained everything he was doing and checking. He took pictures to show me the condition of my coils and fan. I couldn't be happier with Otis Air Conditioning and Landon our technician. Will definitely be using their services going forward. Strongly will recommend them to my family and friends. Otis came through when 5 other companies could not!!!
I was in a bind because I had plumbers working in my house when the AC went out (poor plumbers were dripping sweat, it was 85 degrees in the house).
Otis was able to come out within 30 minutes and fixed the issues in an hour!! I was super impressed and the plumbers were so thankful!

Office manager is very nice and professional. I called today and my services are completed. It’s too HOT; before noon they were out to the house and done. Every time I’ve called they have met my needs immediately. Very quick response and service. Thanks Otis and crew and office manager.

Found out our HVAC fan outside was not working the afternoon of July 3rd. Called several HVAC companies in town; Otis answered right away! Technician was out within the hour and fixed our problem in minutes. Great, professional service!

Called them and they had a technician out in about an hour and a half. Technician seemed very knowledgeable and did not try to BS me about anything. Technician was very professional. I will call them again when I need for my ac needs.

I can’t believe how fast and easy they were to work with! We called on a Friday evening; someone came out to assess the problem first thing Monday, and we had a new system at a reasonable cost the next morning. The techs and people in the office were friendly and helpful.
