Was very easy and setup a next day service and was very affordable. Staff made it here fast and was in and out and got the work done. Great professional company that I will use again for sure.

The Otis team was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. We got a very detailed quote and that was exactly what we paid. There were no hidden fees and the bills was exactly as quoted. It’s the middle of summer and our AC unit went out. The Otis team got us in within the week and now our house is nice and cool. We got a new thermostat with our new unit and the guys made sure to explain it all before they left. I would recommend Otis for all your AC needs!

Very professional, they were there on time. They replaced my entire HVAC including duct work 8 years ago. 1st time I had to have them out was last week. My tech took the time to remove leaves and debris in my outside unit when he replaced the faulty capacitor.

I've used Otis a number times to fix our ice machines. They've always been on time and fixed the issues right away. I'll continue using them in the future. Great Company!

Came home from vacation to a 94 degree house. When I called at 9pm on a Friday night I didn't expect anyone to come out till the next day. They sent Kevin out within the hour and replaced some parts and had the house cooling right away.

I would love to give a review but I work nights and slept thru the entire service call. Anyone that knows my husband knows that he doesn't throw out compliments to easily. He called and told me to call Otis and let him know "those two boys" we so well dressed and polite and knew exactly what they were doing that he didn't realize that there were employees still around that actually cared about what they were doing and who they were representing. By far a HUGE compliment by my husband!! Drove 2 hours and had me fixed(on the hottest day yet) in less than 15 minutes!! I'm not sure who else was with Randy but good job guys,,you should make Otis proud.
