Called for an air conditioning repair at 1030 at night.. Bob showed up promptly and was very respectful and professional when repairing our problem I had three sleeping children and he took extra care to work quietly as to not wake them. 25 minutes later my ac was working again. I asked for a quote by email, and got one within 24 hours, which was awesome. I had emailed 2 other companies in town, 1 asked me to call them back, and another never even replied. You can schedule online, which I prefer doing. The guy that came out was quick and professional, and even cleaned the leads for the heater. He also gave me a detailed receipt with suggested maintenance.

Great company! We had gone through American Home Shield first and that company installed a new compressor on a Friday, that night it turned off. Went without AC until Wednesday because I tried to call the company AHS sent us but I was on hold for over an hour before they just hung up on me. Called Otis the next day and they had someone out within a few hours! He was mystified on why no air was blowing even though the outside unit was on. He figured it out within 10 minutes had it fixed within 20 and made sure it was blowing cold air before he left! So grateful for this company!
