Cory and Mario technicians installed my Air Conditioning Mon Jul 27th. they were both very professional and were concerned about making sure everything was working and installed correctly. Upon completion a problem was detected and found the solution and made a phone call to have the problem fixed. the problem was solved the next day by the people they called. James Lane company is the best in the business and I will recommend them to anyone that may need them. Five stars.

I was being a bit proactive in replacing my AC unit after having spent a bit of money over the last six years replacing pieces. It was only a matter of time before the compressor died. And it would probably die when it was 109˚F. From the beginning, the sales staff contacted me and we discussed a number of options. They ultimately scheduled an install date convenient for both of us. Because they're in high demand, don't be in a hurry. But I wasn't. The install was painless. It took two days but they left a temp unit for me the one night I was without AC. I'm also very pleased with the financing and the warranty work. Jeremie and Cory — the installers — were polite and left the place better than they found it. Most of all, I appreciate the two-way communication.

James Lane Air Conditioning & Plumbing have always provided professional service. In this case, Jacob and Mason did a great job installing a new Carrier AC, Carrier Convertor, and Carrier Heater along with new copper piping and a new thermostat. The job was done in a timely manner and Jacob and Mason were courteous, friendly, and made certain our home was kept clean too (the latter certainly pleased my wife). Thanks for a good job!

My installers Jeremie and George were very efficient (even with wrong parts initially). They answered my 100’s of questions and were patient with me. Thank you both.
I do not like to discuss negative but me and my mother had installs about a week apart and our salesperson just didn’t produce for her and ordered wrong parts for me. Great guy who knows his job but takes on too much maybe? Great local company for sure.

Jacob and Everett installed a new AC/Heating unit and we’re very responsible and professional. The work was very professional and done in a timely manner. The guys answered all of the questions I had and showed me how the new thermostat worked and instructed me in the maintenance of the unit . The area was cleaned after the job was done and no mess left .

I have just joined google, I was so impressed with James air conditioning services that I forced myself to make this public. . I dislike social media period but I have made an exception. My service technician did a superb job detecting problems with my a/C and heating unit. I just signed a service agreement with James lane air conditioning company. A great decision on my part for servicing my entire unit, now I feel very comfortable that my unit will run at its peak performance. Needed a new hot water heater & James Lane’s sent a couple of guys out to assess what we needed & the cost. Two days later I had a new tankless hot water heater at a competitive price. The installation was done quietly & they left a clean workspace. Both men were very polite & instructed us on how the unit operates & it’s care. But a follow up call from the main office a couple of days later was not expected, but it was surely appreciated! Impressive service 👍

Our hot water heater started leaking Saturday evening on 12/14/19. I called James Lane Sunday morning around 9am in order to have a technician come out. When I called, a live person answered the phone. You do not receive that kind of service in this day and time, it's usually a phone system telling you to push 1, 2, 3 or 12. When she said the service tech would be out shortly, I asked if she needed my phone number so he could contact me. She said no, that he was loading up his truck and would be there shortly. He arrived within 45 minutes of my call. Upon his arrival, he drained the tank and said that he could go get a new hot water heater to replace it. I told him to wait until Monday. I did not want to mess up the day for himself or his family. I picked out the hot water heater I wanted along with the price. He said that I would receive a call in the morning to schedule a time. On Monday morning, James Lane called and said they would be there between 12:30 and 1:00. Upon their arrival, they had the new heater installed within two hours. The three techs I dealt with were very professional, personal and highly skilled. James Lane is a fantastic company with fantastic representatives working for them.

Cory Elliot did outstanding job removing old equipment and installing the new heat and air. Job was started on time and was completed in several hours. I have used James Lane for a good many about 30 years. They have been here in the heat-cold and late at night and on the weekends.
