I don't brag easily on jobs I pay for. But this job deserves to be brag on.
I just had James Lane Air Conditioning and Plumbing replace all of the Duct Work in our home. They sent over Jeremie & Michael, who arrived a little early and what I thought would take days, they had it finished in one. We had a new home built after the 1979 tornado and our air conditioning has never worked this good. James Lane has a couple of great guys working for them.
The cost of replacement was also very reasonable.
I am "one happy camper".

Jeremie and Michael came out on Tuesday to replace my Air Conditioning and Heating system. They were very professional and punctual. The work went smoothly. Jeremie took the time to walk through the house and give us tips on how we could save energy with our new units. I have used James Lane for a few years and will continue. I have always been satisfied with their work.

I appreciated Jeremy’s work so much that I am writing my first Google review. Jeremy was very thorough in his troubleshooting and patient in answering my many questions. He had a warm demeanor and I appreciated his professionalism as we discussed my concerns, especially given the age and condition of my unit. While Jeremy is not a salesman, I now plan to trust my future investment in a new unit to this company.

Nick walked us through our options and pointed out things inside and out that we had not considered. Installation was a breeze thanks to Jacob, Clayton, and Joe who went above and beyond to keep our house in good condition! In addition, a portable A/C unit was supplied for the week between purchase and install. In short: This was money well spent! We highly recommend James Lane!

Purchased a new HVAC/Furnace system at a pretty fair deal. Buying process was seamless. The installation crew (Jeremiah and Michael) were outstanding. They had some minor hiccups from their storage team giving them the wrong size unit initially but installed everything in the span of 6 hours. It even started to storm and it was pouring and they installed everything without tracking mud or dirt in the house. They did a fantastic job.

It has been 4 months since the new unit has been in place and we have seen a dramatic difference in the cooling of our house and electricity bill. We have had 2 services to verify the units are working as prescribed and everything has been working like a charm. I would highly recommend their services and products.

This company was excellent from the moment I initially called them. I signed up for the maintenance program. Mason came out to check out the system and found one minor issue which was repaired on the spot. Mason is very professional and knowledgeable. There was a little rattle in the condenser after he left. He came back first thing Saturday morning to fix it. Just a loose screw. I will definitely be using James Lane again and highly recommend them.

I've used James Lane for my personal and business air conditioning need for years now. Some people might complain about the price but nobody ever complains about the quality of work. They have great guys like Jeremie and Michael and many others on staff who know what they're talking about. Robb is a great leader and owner of the company and is handsome
