Very good installation service. Professional installers who did a very thorough job. Brady and Jeremie did excellent and very quick work. The only point of contention I might have is that it is very advisable to ensure that the agreed on specifications match the bid you select.

Jeremie and George were excellent. They were friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing and answered our ques
tions. They started and finished when they said they would and everything works well. We have always used James Lane for maintenance and chose them to install our new system and are glad we did.

The people at James Lane were very professional and quick to get to us even though we live out of town. They are the only company who come to our area in addition to providing us quality service. In addition to that they worked with us on travel/mileage, phenomenal customer service and follow up calls. Hands down amazing!

We’ve used James Lane for years and will continue to do so. They’re always professional and courteous (and as prompt as can be during the peak season) from speaking on the phone to being in the house. Don’t have any bad things to say!

I want to express my gratitude to James Lane. Once again they came through with the ultimate in customer service. My air conditioner had quit, I called the office and they had Justin out here at 2pm. What a great guy. He suggested that due to the age of our unit and the issues we were having with it that we consider a new unit. Justin called Clayton Lane to come over and give me an estimate. Clayton was here within 15 minutes.

Had need for new Heating and AC to be installed on rush basis week before Christmas. JL Air Conditioning worked to get the new unit installed on Thursday before Christmas. All the folks at JL, including Nick, Cory, Leeroy and David did a great job! Thanks!

Michael was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. As soon as I told him what was going on with our air conditioning, he immediately knew what the problem was.
He went to the back of the house where the AC system was and did some checking. After about couple of minutes, he told me that the contractor had to be replaced. He brought the new contractor in from his van and replaced the old contractor with the new one. He was definitely able to get our AC going again. He did all this probably under 20 minutes. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!!! We've used their services before and every time It's been GREAT. I would highly recommend this company!!!!!!

Extremely professional and an excellent crew (Mario, Cory and Mike). A 2 day job, had all equipment needed. Called in measurements for duct fabrication to their shop fabricator and the next day when ducts were being assembled, they went together PERFECTLY! Very satisfied with James Lane!!!

Great Service! Robb was great helping us decide which unit to choose. There was no high pressure sales here. Daniel, Kory, and Mario came out to install the unit. They were professional and courteous. They always had shoe covers on and even had covers on the wheels of the dolly. They cleaned up after the job and were very helpful explaining the smart thermostat to me.

Our heating and air conditioning unit went out a week or so before Christmas,we got a unit ordered and James Lane scheduled our install for Christmas Eve. Jeremie and Mario were here early that morning . They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Working around our 150 pound Great Dane and our 3 grandkids.we appreciate theses guys so much for giving up their Christmas Eve to do this. Our Christmas was a lot warmer.
