Jeremy and David installed a complete air system today. They called a day ahead and said they be here at 8:00am and was here at 8:00! They were efficient, knowledgeable and direct. As an elderly couple they were eager to explain what they were doing and why. Installation was done in a professional manner, with no mess and monitored as to its working. Explaining the new thermostat was easy and all questions were answered. These are two young men any company would be proud to have. Thank You James Lane !

They have the most thorough technicians that I have ever seen and a tech name Mike L he serviced my unit as if it was in his house

We had a great experience with James Lane! Our main sewer line was broken due to tree roots and it turned out we had an outdated pipe that was basically made of paper. They fixed the issue in about seven hours and did a great job explaining the process along the way. Here are the highlights:

- They were on time. They scheduled us for a day and then showed up that day. They didn’t just put us on a list for whenever they could get to us, like other companies have done before.
- Their rates were fair and we feel we got excellent value for what we paid.
- They were professional, hard working and efficient.

Jeremie and Michael came and cleaned my ducts today. They were very pleasant young men. They were very careful not to make a mess (not easy as most of the vents were painted to the ceiling) and clean up when it couldn’t be helped. They set all the vents where I asked them to. I am very happy to have them done. Thank you James Lane and Jeremie & Michael!

The service men showed up exactly on time. They looked professional and behaved in a respectful, professional manner. They worked hard with each person doing their part. It was a choreographed routine! Jacob, Evan and Clayton knew their business in respect to installing a new heating and cooling unit in my home! They left everything clean and protected my floors at all times!

(I was not sure my review went through, so I am resubmitting another.) I would like to commend James Lane for having responded quickly to my need for repair of my A/C since my wife has a medical health condition. I would also like to commend the technician, Everett for his quick repair and supportive of whatever questions I asked dealing with maintaining my A/C. He is very knowledgeable and was very caring. Thanks.

Cory & David were great on the install. They were prompt, friendly, & fast. What was scheduled for an all day event was finished in 4 hours. They even noticed my screen door hinge was off & fixed it. Nick Hebensperger could have been more empathetic when I found out I would be w/o AC for a couple weeks. It seemed as if he was more interested in the sale. Kudos to him for bumping the install up a week & offering a window unit. I think he meant well. The office was nice & friendly. An overall positive experience.

These guys were excellent to work with. From the initial plan to the installation, they were transparent about our actual needs and what would work the best in our home, and steered away from unnecessary options which would have added to the cost. They left our home clean each day, and were very professional and courteous.

Got the AC and installed it pretty timely. We wanted to keep our own thermostat that we previously had. Tech wanted to use one they provided, and told us he would charge us extra to rewire our original thermostat even though it was not in our contract to do so. Some people drove by a few times and stopped and asked the techs if they could take our old AC unit. They gave these people permission to come onto my property, and TAKE our property without asking us first. Unacceptable in my book for someone to give other permission to come onto someone else’s property and take things that don’t belong to either parties.
