Dalorem Heating & A/C

I’m new to the area. Had a problem with my AC. I got in touch Dalorem AC and these guys did a great job. Diagnosed my issues and got me fixed up. They also handled my insurance claim for me. Justin is great and even helped me fix a hot water heater flue after I told him it was messed up.

I recommend using Dalorem for your AC and heating needs. I also appreciate Justin. I’ve met him now three times and he has gone above and beyond for me every single time.

Called Dalorem Tuesday morning and had Justin arrived around noon. He was very professional and determined the problem on my HVAC unit very quickly and completed repair immediately. I believe their rate was very reasonable and will use them the next time I have problems with HVAC.

Justin Dragovich is amazing at what he does! He was so fast and has great people skills. He deserves a raise even if he just got one. The work he did was incredible. Justin came out and got my wall heater fixed, and was very professional and courteous. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

For reference for anyone looking at this review months from now, this was during a brutal summer.

Called because AC wasnt working. They were able to come out same day within a couple of hours. Issue was fixed quickly, and inexpensively. The type of repairs I have had in the past from other companies in town cost around 50-100% more, and they usually couldn't get there same day. The only nitpick I have about my experience is they don't have a way to quickly pay with card (the serviceman had to call the company to put in the information, which took some time due to busy lines). Completely a nitpick though, didnt detract from the fact they were able to quickly come out and repair the AC. I will be going with them in the future for all HVAC problems.

We had another HVAC company come out 2 weeks prior to Dalorem and they couldn’t find any issues other than saying it’s losing efficiency. Dalorem comes out and finds that the heater gets tripped on while the air conditioner is running and he fixes it and adds Freon and now it’s blowing 57 degrees out the vents. The price was reasonable, highly recommended

I’ve been using this company for four years now! I was upset that my home warranty told me that they wouldn’t allow me to use this company any longer. So I had to use who the warranty company will cover. The new company comes out and of course doesn’t know what they are doing! Mean less to say I called Dan and the guys were here to fix the problem! I’ll pay out of pocket and use this company before I use anyone else!!

Excellent service!! I called the man that serviced my AC 4 months prior and left a voicemail telling him I was a returning customer and my AC was out at 1:00 pm. He NEVER returned my call. When I got home it was 89 degrees in the house. I called him again, still no answer or call back. I called these guys as they were closing! They sent a guy right over! Did not charge me for after hours and got my AC up and running within 15 minutes! Great job and I’ll be using them for maintenance services for both my heating and cooling needs! Highly recommend!

Our A/C went out and our outside unit had to be replaced. I called our home warranty people and they sent Dalorem and I am so thankful that they did! Justin came out diagnosed and explained the process. Once the part came in, Justin installed the new unit and had things back to normal for us. We are so grateful because we both are working from home now due to COVD and it is SUMMER! Justin serviced our unit about 4 years ago and he was able to take care of the problem in a quick friendly and professional manner. I would recommend anytime!!
