Do not trust this company! They were called out for HVAC issues, took $75, said it had a leak, waited another week before returning. Cut a hole in my condenser coil to repair a leak. The unit went out 2 days later. After calling for a week, they tell me, “they don’t have time.” They would not answer my call until I called from a different number. They would not refund my money. I’m 3 weeks in without an AC and having to start over. Unless you like dealing with fraud and theft, I would suggest avoiding this company.

I had placed a service request with my Home Warranty on Friday and they assigned me to this company. After calling their company they mentioned that they would try their best to show up to diagnose my HVAC problem but did not guarantee due to my Home Warranty didn’t cover overtime or weekends. I completely understood their comment. Weekend passed and I called on Monday to ask if we could set an appointment for them to come out. The receptionist said that they could come out Wednesday and that they would give me a call to schedule the time on that day. Since, three days passed and my unit was still working I agreed. Today, Wednesday, I was expecting a call and to my disappointment they didn’t call. I had to call my Home Warranty to cancel this request and provide me a new service provider.

I called this company to come fix my AC. When the tech called to tell me he was on his way (around 8pm) I told him someone had already fixed it. He responded “ok, thank you”. A month later, I received a bill for a service that was never rendered. I called and explained the situation to the receptionist and she told me not to worry about it and she would take care of it. A week after I spoke with her I got another bill. I called again and the same lady that told me she took care of it now said I owed the bill because I didn’t call to cancel. I ask to speak to the owner, she said he was on the phone. She told me she would talk to him and one of them would call me back. I waited to the end of day and never heard anything so I called back. The same lady that answered said “ the owner said he wasn’t removing the bill and that’s what owe”.
I don’t understand how I owe for a service that was never rendered. They never even drove by.
I would rate this company a zero if I could. They are very unprofessional and clearly don’t know how to communicate.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. If the place I rent from would stop using this company, maybe I wouldn't be on my THIRD service call in 1 month. It's too hot for a rigged AC.

Great service for sure. They were quick to send out a technician. He was very courteous and informative about the problems with our a.c. system. After avery reasonable quote we had them perform the services needed and everything is working great. He did not rush through his diagnostics and made sure he checked everything. Lee came over the same day, and his team installed a new heat pump/AC condenser (Outside unit) the next day! Very fast. Very easy to work with. Lee is the kind of guy that will tell you what's going on and give you the options that will save you the most money, even if it doesn't make him the most money.

I purchased a heat pump from Lee Ritchie last week and Gabriel and his crew installed it last Wednesday. I could not be happier with the price or the service . I have been doing business with another local company for over 20 years but I am now a loyal customer of Texhoma Heating and Air . If you want a fair price and excellent service I would highly recommend them 👍👍👍🦅🇺🇸

I dislike how their crew always shows up to my business with out introducing themself’s or stating what they are even here to do ,they just walk in like nothing . They also don't follow thru on calling back to say whats going on pricing or what not it’s always a guessing game with them or i have to be the one calling like do they not care about their jobs? Teach them basic Courtesy at least please!

Ac place ever. These people came to my house 3 times a month ago didnt fix a thing 30 days later came to clean the coil and it works. Now i got a 800 electric bill.

They came out and fixed us up after Ferguson Veresh did a poor job of installing our inside unit and adding extra vents the wrong way. Can't thank them enough for all they did to fix the screw ups of others...we know who to call now :)
