The two men, Leroy and Clayton, installed a new ac and heating unit in our home on Monday. They were on time, introduced selves and explained the plans. They were very professional, working without wasting time and considerate of personal surrounding, placing cover over floors and cleaning up after job. I would highly recommend this business. We are pleased with product, installation and buying experience. We know it is a reputable business and will go beyond what is expected for customers!

Wow so the website has me add my number, 3 hrs later they tell me they can't take me on when I called directly and asked if this was something they could have let me know right away, the live person, a woman hung up on me and I had to call back. There was no cussing or raising voice whatsoever it was a valid question.
Rest assured if this is how you treat potential customers I dunno how you stay in business. All you need to do is just tell people you're not available right away. Incase u didn't know...it is 10° outside thanks for absolutely Nothing. Horrible service and will never recommend as a matter of fact will tell to avoid.

I want to clarify, it wasn't so much of a problem they can't take on new people but waiting 3 hrs to tell someone and then the 5 yr old tactic of hanging up, no go. Retrain your customer "service" person or maybe suggest a different job for them. They are screwing up.

Thank you to James Lane! We needed a new AC/Heat unit and they were able to get the job ordered and completed so quickly for us!! The installation guys Jacob and Joe were outstanding. They were so very polite and made sure everything was left more clean than when they started. They were so very patient and answered all my questions as well!!

The entire process with James Lane was fantastic. Nick came to my house and layed out 4 options for a new HVAC system….price and warranty are excellent. Technicians Jeremie and Michael arrived early on the assigned day and got right to work. they are friendly and efficient, answering all of my questions as the job progressed. They completed the job in under the scheduled 10 hours, which was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Cory and Brady worked hard in the heat to install our new AC unit and Cory was very patient and kind walking me through the use of the fancy new thermostat technology. They were patient with working around our dogs, too. Professional and courteous, and they got us cool fast. We have been using them for 20+ years and highly recommend.

I highly recommend James Lane! When our ac unit went out last week we called James Lane for an estimate. Rob came to our house and did a thorough job explaining what needed done, the different units and our best options. He was extremely helpful and professional. We had our new system installed by Jeremie and Cory who did an amazing job! They had everything installed and working in two days. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with how clean they left the house, and made sure I understood how to work the new thermostat. We are very pleased with the service James Lane provided and will definitely use them in the future.

Jacob and Joe installed a great HVAC unit in my home. The two were very punctual and completed the job in a timely manner. My home is the coolest it’s been in years. Definitely recommend, will continue to use James Lane for all my HVAC needs.

Our garbage disposal was insanely clogged and the team came out within hours of our call and replaced the pipe and fixed it within 30 mins. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. I just chose the first plumber that appeared on my google search and I'm so glad it was them because I will be using them again in the future!

We have had Justin out to service our heating unit when it was completely down. He was able to bring it back to life and highly recommended a replacement due to its age and condition. There was no pressure in committing to a replacement and he was very informative on what we could expect. With this winter cold snap the heater finally went completely out and James Lane honored the estimate we were given two months prior. Jeremie and George came out today and replaced the Heater and AC unit. All James Lane staff we have encountered are highly professional and informative. All staff have answered our questions, were respectful to our dwelling and Jeremie and George even moved our old unit to our requested location for storage. It has been a pleasure having James Lane take care of us and reassuring to know that we can count on them. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the prompt service and initial fix to keep us cool as we awaited the new system. Jereme and Michael were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. We were expecting a long day but were pleasantly surprised when all was completed much earlier.
