A colleague at work recommended them. I'm so glad I called. Got a good quick estimate. David found me a great deal on a very good, high efficiency model - even great financing. The install was also done in good time. I like the small details like the sealing put around all the ductwork. All in all great job. I'd call on them again in a flat second.

Polansky Heating and Air, is a very honest and understanding company. I had awakened one morning and found that my drain line on my air conditioner had clogged up. I fixed the problem but after further review, we noticed that the A coil was in bad shape. The unit was on it's last leg. After shopping around I decided to go with David and his company. They are Excellent! I would definitely recommend them.

A great service call!: From the reliability of the phone scheduler to the two man crew that arrived at my house, I could not have been more pleased. And above all, my heat pump is running perfectly.

Lost my AC on the hottest day of the year. I called six AC repair companies in my area and none could get someone to my house with confidence during that day. A Polansky technician diagnosed and fixed our AC unit right away. (Another company had said everything was fine, then it stopped working completely!) Polansky’s guys are knowledgeable and work efficiently. We really appreciate them in this 100+ Texas heat!

They were amazing. Within 30 minutes of calling, I had an appointment for the same day, within the hour. The service even required an additional person, but I wasn't charged for it. Definitely found my provider for any further heating and cooling needs.

The repair technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They all follow Covid protocol and responded in a timely fashion. I was so impressed, I signed a VIP annual maintenance agreement. They will be my HVAC contractor going forward.

Very happy with the service and I will call on them in the future. He quoted me a price and he didn't change it, even when he had to run into town to get a different part than the one he had on the truck. I appreciate that he did what had to be done so I didn't have to take off of work two different days. He answered my questions and even took care of a little problem that he didn't have to do. Our A/C went out on a Friday night and Mike came and fixed it the next morning. He was polite and helpful and got the job done quickly. We really appreciated that, especially in the very hot summer weather. I HIGHLY recommend him.
