Nov. 2015 our heating and ac system had seen its better days. Mr. Polansky put together 3 choices for our home. we took the Trane with a 10 year transferable warranty. It is even better than expected. They helped me to get a very low interest loan with no out of pocket expenses. Not only has this unit saved measurable dollars. but is extremely quiet and efficient. the price was fair, the installation professional, and follow up service the best i have had. This was the first time we used Polansky, and we were pleased with the service. The receptionist was friendly & helpful when I called, and the technician who came out was on time and polite as well. We will use them again for our AC needs.

It got cold overnight and I hadn't had my heater checked yet! As I sat shivering in my living room, i called Polansky, who was able to squeeze me in within 2 hours! Got the job done, reasonable price, and friendly staff!

Prompt - Came out 2 hours after my call.
Polite - Totally normal dudes.
Went above and beyond - Showed me where the problem was and installed an extra piece to ensure that it wouldn’t happen again.
*Very Inexpensive* - I expected to pay $200-$300, but I got out for $140

Conclusion - unless they do bad work sometime in the future, there’s no one else I will be calling for heating and/or AC issues. 👍👍👍

We have been using this company for the last four years. The level of service and customer satisfaction that we receive from this vendor is far above the typical service received from other vendors. The overall goal of their employees is to complete an assignment in the fastest amount of time and keep costs down while keeping customers informed. The company's technicians are honest, knowledgeable, and efficient in the work that they perform. No job has been too small or too large, from repairing or replacing our window units to our large 7.5 ton roof units.
