Ac went out sat. Morning at 1 o'clock. Called Polansky heat/ac at 2 o'clock. Talked with a real person, not an answering machine. Dan.ac technician arrived sat morning at 8:30 am. With a heads up call to me at 8 o'clock fixed problem in 15 minutes.charged only for labor.capacitor had failed. Replaced under warranty.TRANE unit installed nov 2015 by Polansky. 1st breakdown

I am very pleased with my new Daikim AV unit and pleased with the expert installation. The installer arrived promptly at the scheduled time to install and were very courteous. I was surprised how quickly and efficiently they worked to complete the job. They took care to clean the area when the job was finished. The quality of workmanship was commendable. They answered all of my questions satisfactorily. I plan to have the second unit replaced in the near future and it will definitely be purchased and installed by Polansky Heating and AVC. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Polansky heating and air provide exceptional service. They installed our heat pumps in 2015 and these have been an outstanding addition to our home. The installation was great and we have had zero problems with both units. Our utility bills really decreased by changing from traditional units to the heat pumps.

I really appreciate these guys. We had a weird emergent situation over the holiday weekend and expected the worst. We called early, and Diana helped get us on their to-do, and then when a couple of their guys had an early opening, she sent them our way, letting us know and confirming it was ahead of our original schedule. They came pretty quick and got us settled by the end of that day. They did a pretty thorough job, were pretty nice to discuss things over with, and were pretty clear about what they were doing and why. It wasn't as bad as our fears, but it was an afternoon job. They were very conscientious about what it would cost us, and when there was one part they thought needed replacement, they discussed with us and even said we could leave it as is for a while given the other repairs we were doing and would have to pay for. But we went ahead and did it now. I appreciate their thoughtfulness, and the whole company is great about taking care of you and making you feel confident in their business practices and their service.

When my wife and I relocated to Waco in October 2015, we did not know who to contact to take care of the annual maintenance, periodic servicing, etc. for our heating and air conditioning unit in our beautiful home here, so we asked our dear friend and neighbor across the street from us for his recommendation. Daniel was incredibly polite, kind and listened very well. He assest the problem quickly, had us up and running in mins. Their customer service was as I read on Yelp. They were very caring of our situation and not only followed up same day during this winter storm, but followed up the very next day, 1st available opening. Within an hour of the call, the team h was at our home.

We called Polansky Heating and Air late last night and by 10:30 the next day, Daniel had arrived and within 15 minutes diagnosed the problem and had the air back on. We cannot say enough good words about this company. The office staff kept us informed regarding the time the technician would be here, and then again when he was on his way. After our old A/C was broken last summer, we had several offers from local companies to replace it. We chose Polansky Heating & Air as his pricing was very reasonable and David has been incredible in answering our questions. The installation went quickly and smoothly, and the workers were all experienced, respectful, and helpful.
We recently had a question about the operation of the A/C, and David was able to come out to our house the same day and helped us with it.

Brayden the service technician was very efficient and courteous, He explained everything as he was doing it. Diana the scheduler was courteous and super friendly over the phone, she kept me informed and called me to let me know when technician was leaving one call and was on his way to my home which I liked incase I had to make a quick trip to the store she didn’t wait till they were sitting in my driveway.
