Brayden delivered the bad news that my AC was shot and needed to be replaced as we were entering a weekend of record high Texas summer temps and he did it in the most 5 star way he could. Very much appreciate his honesty and professionalism.

Polansky Heating & Air sent Technician Brayden Hennig to our residence, he was very professional & was quick & efficient. He had the parts on his truck & made all repairs to our central heating system before the next cold snap. I will call Polansky HVAC again if problems arise in the future. Highly Recommend to anyone!!!

Very impressed! In 100 degree weather my a/c went out overnight and Brayden was there fixing the problem within 2 hours of when I called Polansky . I’ll be calling Polansky again for routine maintenance on my hvac.

The price was fair; and Brayden even checked with the manufacturer to see if the problem was covered under warranty. This is how you get repeat business!

I am so glad I called Polansky Heating and Air when my heater went out this week. David responded quickly by phone and kept me up to date with his expected arrival time. Great customer service. Technicians were polite, on time and great at solving the problem. The also did a quick check on the unit and discovered an issue that they are going to come back and fix during the maintenance service I just set up with them. I highly recommend.

Brayden was the technician that serviced our HVAC system and did great job. Was very courteous and explained what he was doing. His office was very professional. They called before To advise when Brayden would be there. Will definitely use again.

Service was very professional and prompt as scheduled. Communication was excellent. I received text messages when the appoint was originally scheduled, a reminder appointment text a couple of days before the actual appointment, a text reminder the morning of the appointment, and a call from the office manager the same morning to confirm that I would be available as I had missed replying to the text reminding me of the appointment that morning. I did a HVAC maintenance program (Polanksky VIP Club) Spring AC checkup and cleaning. The cost is $150 per year for the first unit and $100 for each additional unit. You get 2 annual precision tune-ups (one in the spring to tube up the AC and one in the fall to tune up the heating system). Technician found 2 parts that had gone bad in the larger of my 2 AC units. This was not unexpected as the system is 10 years old. He showed me exactly what the problem was and asked me if I would like to get it replaced... he was very polite and not pushy at all. The part replacements were not dirt cheap, but I don’t think they were unreasonably expensive either. He also replaced about a gallon of R-410A refrigerant in the smaller of my 2 units. He blew nitrogen into both unit drain pipes to make sure there would be no backup and flooding and made sure the outer units were clean. I thought that overall the service was quite thorough and well done. I had originally anticipated that the cost would be about $300 to $325 for the cost of the annual maintenance program ($250 for both AC/heating units) + $50-75 for R-410A refrigerant charge. Due to replacement of the worn parts, my final bill was about $835. Overall, service was excellent and the cost was quite reasonable considering all that needed to be done including the replacement of the worn parts. I would definitely use their service again.

I recently needed a new air conditioner and I’m so glad I chose Polansky Heating and Air Conditioning. David was so helpful and very knowledgeable. He measured the house, went in the attic and gave me estimates for 2 choices. He cleaned the old unit to make it cooler while I waited for the replacement, which really was fast. The guys that installed the new unit were great, professional, respectful and friendly. I highly recommend Polansky.
