    My air conditioning condenser shorted out this weekend. I made the call to Polansky’s at 7:30am Monday and they told me a tech would be out to look at it around noon. I got a call at around 8:30am that the tech was on the way. Brayden arrived shortly after the call and quickly diagnosed the issue and due to the age of the equipment and the refrigerant it is on he recommended replacement of the entire system. He outlined the different options for the units and explained everything with detail. He was very professional and even offered my wife and I two window units from their shop to keep the house cool until they could get out to install the new units.

    Now here is where this company gets an A+ in my mind. I have a home warranty through a company that I’m now finding is not one I would recommend. After getting the diagnosis and cost I called the warranty company to get approval on the cost that they would cover. They explained that I could not send them the quote or invoice, they would have to speak with the technician and have him explain the issue. Brayden had already left my house and so I called him to see if I could meet with him. He graciously offered to meet up at the end of his day to talk to the warranty company. I would also like to thank their dispatcher Crystal. She answered any and all of my questions and also helped me get the window units.

    I cannot recommend these guys enough for their professionalism. I would highly recommend Polansky’s for any HVAC work you need. I will try to update this review once everything is installed. Thank you again Brayden for going above and beyond for your customers!

    I'm changing my review from one star to five, because the owner remedied the issue by refunding the service fee and had words with the technician that misdiagnosed my problem. Most importantly - Crystal is a huge asset to this company, give that girl a RAISE! She is worth every penny. :D

    I have on older unit that Polansky has helped keep running. Braeden has been the best. He fixed my unit last year in 2021. I had to have the unit serviced agin in 2022. Turns out a part they used in 2021 failed. It was still under warranty so my AC was fixed with no service charge at all since the part was under warranty. I doubt any other company would be that honest.

    12/12/2022 - Just had my AC/Heat unit serviced. Really like using the Comfort Club option and will continue to use. Always have great service starting with appointment process through service delivery. Service Tech has been here several times and is always great - on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended Polanski Heating and Air. Outstanding service and people.

    My AC went out and Polansky’s had a tech out the same day. Brayden was knowledgeable and didn’t mind answering questions. He quickly had the unit up and running. He was very professional and explained what maintenance was being done to get the unit running. Great customer service by the office staff and tech.

    Awesome! David arrived on time and ready to work. He reviewed all the areas that he would need to accomplish his tasks, and then went right to it. He answered all my questions, no matter how trivial, which gave me great comfort. He was polite and fast and efficient. I was pleased to know that all is well with my system, and look forward to getting another mini-split, and my next system check-up this Spring. Super happy with his service, not to mention Diane at the office who was so helpful and also a joy to talk with.

    We love this company! Their pricing is always fair and reasonable. We never feel like they are gouging. They installed our system 3 years ago. No matter who they send out for our routine maintenance, they are always professional and friendly. In addition, their office staff have wonderful phone skills and quick follow up. We enjoy that one part of their office communication tools includes texting for added ease. This is one company where it’s the employees that make the company!

    I can’t recommend them enough!! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Our AC quit working on a Monday morning right in the middle of this summer. We called them Monday morning and they had a tech at the house within 2 hours. He was really knowledgeable and very nice. The fam motor had stopped working and he had it back up and running within a couple of hours. Then on Saturday of the same week the whole unit quit working. The tech came back on Sunday morning and we found out we needed a whole new unit. Due to supply chain issues we were told it would probably be 7 to 10 days before our unit would be in. Our tech went out and bought two new window units to help us stay cool (my mom has some health issues that heat is not good for). He put them in and things were fine. Monday morning they called and told us our unit would be in Wednesday!!! They came early Wednesday morning and by 3 we were back up and running. These guys go above and beyond great customer service!!!! We were very impressed with the whole experience. The whole team is amazing and super friendly. You should definitely use them for any HVAC needs. You won’t regret it!!!!!

    Brayden was very professional and thoroughly explained everything that he did. Company was quick to schedule my maintenance, and had great communication when something came up and had to reschedule!

    Mr. David was super nice, knowledgeable on what he was doing while servicing our heating unit. Once he figured out what was wrong with it, instead just fixing it, he set us up on a VIP deal for the same price we would have paid for just fixing the issue. Very helpful. 10/10 recommended.
