Mr Polansky was very kind and fair. He explained exactly how to remedy my problem. He arrived to fix my issue immediately. Which was well needed because it was absolutely the hottest day of the summer and I needed air fast! I would definitely continue to do business with him because he is very trustworthy.

I needed a new heat pump and I got three local estimates. Polansky Heating and Air was not the lowest but seemed to be the most through and honest so I want with them and I am glad I did. David, himself came out to my house for the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and actually took measurements in order to make reliable recommendations. He was able to answer all my questions and address all my concerns, plus he would always answer my calls or return them in a timely manner. The day of the install three very professional and personable guys, Jimmy, Vic and Wynn appeared and first laid some coverings on all the floors where they would be walking. They then presided to dismantle the old units and then install the new. They had to work in very tight quarters and even had to rebuild the platforms where both the indoor and outdoor units had to be placed. None of my requests seemed to bother or annoy any of them and they completed the job, with smiles, in a timely manner and perfectly. Because of Polansky Heating and Air, I am once again the Cool kid on the block! And I have found a reliable Heating and Air company in the Waco area.

Brayden was great. From my initial call to cold air pumping through, I was without AC for only 7 hours. And he was in contact throughout that period. Amazingly fast response and service. Brayden discussed everything in detail before starting work. Talked through options. VERY patient in answering questions. Got the work done quickly and made recommendations for maintaining a healthy HVAC in the years ahead. Very professional & courteous. Would highly recommend.

Polansky Heating and Air changed out our system and did an excellent job. They were very professional and explained their work and the system to us in a way we could understand. They even did a follow-up to make sure everything was working. The price was very good. We were very satisfied and have recommended them to several people.

It is so stressful replacing your air conditioner. Polansky came out and gave me an estimate with choices, helped me finance, and followed the distancing rules. My new air conditioner was replaced with no inconvenience (since we are staying home during the pandemic), and they cleaned up all materials. They were totally professional and friendly. We had a bad experience with another contractor and David was very helpful taking care of our problem. The repair required a warranty part which they ordered and I was contacted to have them install it very quickly. I scheduled the work that fit my schedule. I received a call the morning of the appointment to confirm that I would be home and that the guys were on there way. They showed up timely, they were friendly, knowledgeable and showed respect to me and our home and completed the job without any issues. I highly recommend using them!! Polanski HVAC is now our new HVAC contractor that I will use for our preventative services and any repairs in the future.

Quick and professional service. Called at 8AM and service (condenser motor replacement) complete by 1PM. Company representative was courteous, polite, answered all questions, and helpfully took time to explain some additional information about our older AC system. Addressed fixing the problem without any pressure to replace system, etc. No hesitation to call again.

Great professional service. Our A/C unit stopped working late in the day and they arrived same day, diagnosed the problem and got our unit working in a timely manner. They definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend Polansky Heating and Air for any of your heating and A/C needs.

We worked with David and he along with everyone else on his team, were amazing. We had to update our whole system (heater and AC), and they were honest and went above and beyond what we expected them to get done. Things ended up taking longer because our attic is very inaccessible, but they stuck to the reasonable quote, and worked skillfully and professionally. They even filled out the $200 rebate form for us and sent it to Lennox (which typically the home owner is supposed to do).

Our gas went out a couple weeks after we had everything installed and I was nervous that the heater had just stopped working, and David came right away to give it a look. I felt really bad that I made him come all the way out there when I hadn’t even thought to check the gas, but he walked me through how to get it on after the gas got turned back on, and then even called a few days later to make sure that everything got worked out because the temperatures were supposed to drop that night.

All in all, we felt well taken care of by polansky. They were knowledgeable, patient, kind, helpful, thoughtful, and honest. We did a lot of research before we gave them a call, and I’m really glad we went with them. The system they installed is efficient, and makes our old house feel cozy, clean, and new.
