Polansky’s kept me updated with appointment reminders and texts—much appreciated. My technician David was on time and professional. He talked me through the entire process and ensured I didn’t have any questions before leaving. It was a plus that his vehicle was newer and clean—that tells me a lot about the technician and the company. Highly recommend David and Polansky’s.

I was well pleased with the entire experience. On the initial contact, the telephone was answered promptly by a very courteous and helpful lady, Dianna. She recorded my complete information including the details of my issue. She gave me information about cost. She kept me informed about arrival time of service. The service men were very nice and gave me all the details concerning the repair. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and skilled. I was extremely pleased with the experience.

Very friendly, professional, and good quality work. We needed our outdoor AC compressor fixed last fall, they fixed it and pointed out that the unit was on its last legs (nearly 26 years old!). They worked with us to get a new one, we’re great with communication, explaining things and letting us know when they’d be here. Would highly recommend!

Daniel came to repair my A/C unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quick. He explained everything to me and helped me to get set up for ongoing maintenance. He was not pushy, but I'm at my wit's end with my home warranty company, so I asked to sign up for their maintenance program on the spot, which saved me money today, too.
What could have cost me $500 through another company cost me $250 with them. Very reasonable and reliable. 10/10 recommend
