Professional, well-trained staff shows up prepared to throw some booties on and really diagnose your issues. They don't dive in with sales pitches and doom and gloom diagnostics. They're matter of fact, on time professionals with good training and a consistent mission for customer service. Thank you. Tim was my guy today, but I've had three technicians already and the process and excellence is consistent.

Our AC wasn't working and the company we normally use couldn't get out for days. Evergreen's tech, Rishad, was out here within an hour, even faster than quoted, and got us fixed up quickly and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Quality of work and the knowledge of their technicians was amazing!! After hours customer service was absolutely terrible. I noticed after coming inside Friday night that the house seemed a little warmer than normal. I noticed that the thermostat was set on 72 but it was already 78 degrees in my house. Knowing that I would get charged an after hour fee at any point if they had to come out Friday night or Saturday morning, I decided to go ahead and call them Friday night to have someone come out. I called about 9:00pm to request someone to come out to fix my AC and the lady automatically mentioned an after hour charge, which I was fine with. She took all my information down and said she would contact evergreens dispatcher and have her give me a call to let me know when someone would be on their way that night. I waited up until 1:00am and never heard from anyone and when I tried to call, no one answered. I received a call from the technician at 8:00am the following morning stating what time he be here to make repairs. When I asked him why wasn’t he able to come out last night when I requested service, he responded that he didn’t get called until 7:30 Saturday morning. I’m just aggravated that the original lady I talked to Friday night understood I was wanting my ac fixed now and not the next day. I can understand if everyone was so busy and I was just on a list but that wasn’t problem. Not sure if it was the after hours person didn’t relay the message to the dispatch person or the dispatch lady didn’t want to mess with it until the next day. I bet if it was her AC and it was hotter than heck outside, she would of made the call. Again, the technician was great and I didn’t take him 20min to fix my problem. The problem is the communication not getting sent to the next place.

Evergreen came out quickly and they were able to give a 2hr gap window of arrival. When tech showed he diagnosed the issue really quickly and had us up and running in no time.

I had an issue with my ac fan not turning, temperature of 83 in the house and rising. Evergreen came out and charged $115 for trip fee, which I didn’t mind, it was the $327 charge for “blowing the relay out” , blowing the ants, that floored me. The ac worked for a bit until the next morning. I called twice, once to state it was not cooling as it should, then again to state it stopped working again. I called another person who has been in business for many years and fixed the issue in less time Evergreen attempted to. The relay cannot be placed back due to dead ant debris that will cause ants to return, which did happen. My technician changed the relay, which any reputable ac person would have done the first time and charged me $135. I was robbed by Evergreen. I called several other places to ask what their techs would do in the scenario without going into detail, EVERY PERSON SAID “change out the relay for a new one!”
I do not recommend Evergreed. I mean Evergreen.

Called Evergreen 8 o’clock on a Monday morning in the middle of a heatwave fully expecting to be on a waitlist. Was told to expect a technician around 1 o’clock. Imagine my surprise when the contacted me at 11:15 that they were on the way! Brent arrived at 11:30 and diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, and didn’t kill my bank account. They have a customer for life!

Hvac technician was knowledgeable and efficient. Office worker was supposed to follow up with information and failed to call on specified day. This resulted in failure of technician having proper equipment on day of install. So 5 star for technician 0 stars for office staff.
