Ordered a motor for a carrier gas furnace, I was sent in the mail, a 220 volt motor which is the wrong one for a gas furnace, I sent the motor back, never received a credit, now they claim they can not refund the tax and shipping cost , so 54 bucks , not sure how they can still charge tax on a returned motor, no one returns my calls, even the one on the bill from carrier that says to call for billing questions does not return my calls, it's bizarre, what the hell happened to carrier?
Warrantied out my blower motor with no hassle... I was in and out in under five minutes. Good place and good staff. You need ac supplies give these guys a chance.
VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED I HAD TO ORDER A PART FOR A UNIT AND THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 2 WEEKS TO GET IT FROM THE FACTORY AND WHEN I DID GET IT THE PART DIDNT MATCH UP TO THE OLD ONE. WHEN I CALLED BACK THE PARTS MANAGER TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD OF GIVEN THE THE SERIAL NUMBER BECAUSE THEY HAD 4 OF THE COMPRESSORS THAT I NEEDED IN STOCK THAT WOULD OF MATCHED UP. SO NOW THAT I HAVE WAITED 2 WEEKS FOR A PART AND HAD TO RE-PIPE THE UNIT TO GO TO THE NEW COMPRESSOR AND I HAVE A QUESTION FOR TECH SUPPORT I WAS TOLD IT DOSENT MATTER THAT I HAVE HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH CARRIER FOR OVER 15 YEARS, ONLY THAT I HAVENT SPENT ENOUGH MONEY WITH THEM TO GET A FREE CALL TO TECH SUPPORT. LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING TO THEM ONLY THE MIGHTY DOLLAR!!!
