Thank you to the 2 guys who came and fixed our ac! We had this one guy come out and tell us it would cost a lot. But these guys came out fixed it in an hour. My family and I are blessed to have our ac fixed for a very good price! Please use them! And they were on time! Thank you so much! I don’t know their names but I’m happy they came!
Called for service. Got told they would call when on the way, they never did, they called when they were there. It's Texas summer and my AC is not working so obviously I'm not sitting at the house in over 100 heat. So he left and said he would be back the next day at 2. I left work early they don't show up. When I called the office the lady pretty much accused me of lying. I then ask for a different appointment and she told me they don't do appointments. I never heard of any professional business that doesn't give out appointments. I then hear her talking trash about me in the background to one of the workers because she didn't mute the phone and she then had the audacity to ask me why I had an attitude. After I told her why I had an attitude she told me I can go somewhere else.
Please folks don't use this company. If they treat customers like that they obviously don't need the money.

I don’t even want to give 1 star. I don’t usually comment but units and the service that comes from provider are so expensive people need to know what they are getting into. So sad, 2 weeks after purchase and set up Betty tried to give me the run around on coming out. Unit frozen already. After I threw a fit they came and put Freon in it. Really? Why was that not taken care of originally? Now... a year later. Full of Freon and unit frozen because contactor is messed up. Nope, no ants, and very clean. Yes I change my filters ( probably too often) Betty again, giving me the run around. People need to be loyal to those that put meat on their table. Don’t bite the hand that feeds you GI Lewis heating and air! That’s all I got to say about that.....for now.
Horrible service and very poorly made equipment. We bought our home brand new and the ac unit installed has failed every July for the last three years. It cost us a $180 service call each time just to tell us there's nothing we can do but to have the condenser replaced. There is apparently some glue they use on the Revolv units that can't be repaired on site. They have to remove the part and order a new one from China. Takes about 7-10 days to get here. And then you'll pay over $600 in labor replacing it. This is a 4 year old unit and has only held up its first summer. Year after year later we are dealing with this constant break down every summer. Please don't use GI Lewis or allow them to install anything. The Resolv air conditioning units they sell and install are pure junk. Please do your homework on a more reputable contractor.

Sorry company make you pay for a 20minute service call.Call the office talk to a rude representative advise she has been working there 15 years.Woukd not let me talk kept talking over me and did provide professional customer service. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Tech spent 15 minutes and said nothing wrong. 0 is my rating.The lady on the phone was telling the owners personal medical history I thought was a Hippa violation I did not have anyone working for me displaying my medical history with customers. She was also rude and when I told her i had sympathy for thd owners health. I just miss my mother buried her this weekend and she never acknowledge She calls back later to apologize I don't accept because it was not sincere This company is horrible I don't recommdnd

They came out on a service call that was supposed to be under warranty and then charged me 160 dollars I told them I had to call my husband before I paid and the service man said that if I did the price would go up because he had to stand there (all of two minutes) and then refused to just bill me and insisted that I had they money because of the nice cars in my drive way.
