Wonderful experience with this company! They were responsive and got to our house very quickly! They were knowledgeable about our problem and were quick to solve it!

Brian shot me straight on pricing, leverage the encore efficiency credit to reduce the price, other vendors like Aire Serv and some other local ones couldn’t touch their pricing. The service contract that came with the unit has paid for all of the routine maintenance at zero dollars. They answer the phone the first time and get a service tech out almost immediately to take care of me. My wife is thankful.

Wow, I was preparing myself for the worst - which would’ve been replacing my 16 year old HVAC system.

Instead for only the $75 diagnostic service call fee, I found out there were electrical problems (that have probably been there part (or all) of the 16 years).

No previous HVAC repairmen have EVER mentioned that…

Our AC went out at 5pm on a Saturday and evergreen sent out a technician immediately to help us. It was fixed in under an hour! So thankful for them!

We called Evergreen heating and cooling in the morning and had an appointment for that afternoon. The service tech was on time and ran a diagnostic check to see who the outside fan wasn't running and found an issue with the amount of electricity that was reaching the fan. Found that, due to a power surge the evening before, a breaker had been tripped. He solved the problem and was gone within 45 minutes. He was very courteous and professional and discussed with me about the maintenance program they had. We will definitely call them again for all of our A/C needs!
